29 square meters apartment, one bedroom, completely renovated in September 2010, at the second (European) floor, no lift, overlooking an inside courtyard and very quiet. Pushing the entrance door you will find:

• the living room : a large sofa with a real bed for two adults, a coffee table, a TVH, DVD, free internet connexion, sound system and a dining table and its four chairs.
• the kitchen open on the living room with: micro wave, cook tops, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, teapot, dishwasher, washing machine and all you might need for cooking.
• the bedroom: with a bed for two adults (160 X 200cm) plenty cupboards and a dressing.
• the bathroom: with shower, bath sink, hair dryer and WC

The place is rented with towels linen.
