History

Paris center of creation, where all fashion world meets. They’re all coming to the Marais. We had to find the symbol of modernity and elegance to represent “la mode”. A long casting was organized. Many came. By a unanimous vote the candidate, we offer here,was chosen and will broadcast Paris’s reputation beyond borders.

One bedroom apartment, 45 square meters, treated as a loft, on the first floor, no lift, overlooking the veranda of a Spa. Beautiful place, quiet, perfectly located with not much light from outside. Apartment coming with:

• the living room: with sofa-bed for two adults, armchair, coffee table, TV, DVD, Internet connexion, sound system and paintings.
• the dining area with a table and four chairs
• a corner with a desk
• tha kitchen open on the living room with: micro wave, stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker, teapot, toaster and all you might need for cooking.
• the bedroom: separated from the living room by slidding with a two adults bed ( 160 X 200 cm), cupboards and dressing.
• the bathroom: with modern Italian shower, bath sink, hair dryer, iron,WC and a combo washer-dryer machine.
