Large 37 square meters studio, treated as a loft renovated on the first floor without lift, five windows overlooking a second large inside court yard. Very quiet place, for 2 adults and 2 kids or 3 adults :

• a living room with a dining area with table, chairs, two sofa bed providing sleeping in 120 cm for 1 adult or 2 children each, an HDTV, DVD player, a hi-fi station, Internet connection.
• the sleeping area with a king size bed and large dressing.
• the kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, cook top, fridge, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, dishes and utensils. 
• the Bathroom: with bath sink, a shower , hair dryer and WC.
