51 square meters apartment, one bedroom, first floor no lift, view on an inside courtyard and the street, including :
- the entrance: with a large closet where in it you will find a washing machine, an iron and its table.
- the Kitchen: Fully equipped with a fridge, cook top, oven, microwave, a teapot, a coffeemaker, a toaster, a dishwasher and all you might need to cook.
- the Living room: with two sofas. One with a bed for one adult or two kids. A low table, an office and it chair. TV HD, free Internet access. Large windows on the street.
- The Bedroom with a king size bed a large dressing and two table bed.
- The Bathroom with a bathtub, a bath sink, a large mirror and a WC.
- WC a part.
There is no phone. Towels and linen are provided.
