Novembre 2015 / L'appartement est très bien placé à coté du RER B. Il est fonctionnel avec 3 vraies chambres et leur 3 SDB individuelles. L'appartement est très calme ce que nous recherchions. This apartment was ideal for two (or three) couples. The location was perfect, with good access to everything and extremely quiet in a busy city. It was clean, well appointed, and exactly as show in the pictures. Thanks for a such a great place to stay. We'll be back.

October 2014 / We had a very pleasent stay at the appartement. The location is great for shopping, sight seeing and restaurants 3min to the Louvre. Also there is a grocery store across the street, which was great in terms of water, coffe etc. The flat itself was very clean and chik. The communicatin worked out great- all our questions were answered very quickly and frindly. As we arrived, someone was already awaiting us with the key. So receiving the the key and entering the app. was just smooth. I can only recommend the app. Thanks!

November 2014 / A great apartment in the heart of Paris ! The kitchen / lounge is spacious and well-equipped. The en suite bathrooms are beautifully relaxing. Beds very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Thank you !

February 2014 / Our group of 4 adults stayed in this apartment for a week in February 2014. It was very easy to get information about the apartment and make a booking. Ludovic's response times were very good.

We were met at the apartment and got a good introduction to both the features of the apartment and services in the area. The apartment is well located in the centre of Paris, with supermarket across the road and lots of speciality shops within a block. Easy access to metro too.

Apartment suited us well. It was very clean and well appointed. Each bedroom has its own shower and there are two toilets. Large kitchen/lounge/dinning area was very comfortable and well equipped. Appliances include full oven, 4 burner cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Heating was also good - from warm towel rails to wall heaters in each room. Temperatures inside were assisted by the nature of the building (it is a gorgeous historic hotel and solidly built).

We would love to stay there again and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Paris.

April 2014 / Fantastic apartment in the 1st arrondissement. I've been to Paris a handful of times and have stayed in different districts. This is by far the best. Steps from the metro. Around the corner is the fabulous shopping street of Faubourg St. Honore. A few blocks from delicious baguette from Gosselin. An easy walk to Jean Paul Hevin chocolates.

The building is historic. The apartment is spacious for 6 people. Convenient grocery store across the street.

Ludovic and Vincent were great hosts. Thank you for letting us check in earlier and also for arranging transport to CDG at 4:45 in the morning!

April 2014 / Bourbons is a beautiful apartment, clean and attractively furnished. The wifi is reliable and there is plenty of hot water. For location, I don't think it would be possible to do much better -- so much of central Paris is within walking distance, and then the Chatelet metro will take you most other places you might want to go.

Despite being extremely central, the apartment is peaceful and private, especially in the living area and the back bedroom which face onto central courtyards rather than the streets. We were in Paris with relatives and it was great to have a place that was so restful to come back to, and where we had a nice central space to eat together and chat.

This is the second time we've stayed at an apartment hosted by Ludovic and both times have been excellent. Highly recommended.

May 2014 / Great location and nice, clean, roomy apartment. We were met punctually, even on a major holiday, and were grateful to gain quick entry because we were jetlagged from the trip. While we didn't cook in the apartment, we found the coffee maker very useful each morning before we hit the streets again. Communication with Ludovic was always prompt and complete.

May 2014 / Bourbons is very centrally located and has plenty of room for six people. The furnishings and accessories are very good.

Vincent answered all of our questions during the booking process and during our stay. He arranged transportation from CDG airport and to the Paris train station for our party of six and lots of luggage. Thank you for all of your assistance.

I highly recommend Bourbons for anyone who wants to see and experience Paris from a very central and quality location.
