Who will be elected? They were all there. They were all daring, talented and original. They were all ready to defend their work. The examination question, after several years of study, was simple: Offer the perfect apartment for three people with ergonomics, originality, comfort and respect. Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room should coexist with elegance. The great sages met for several hours checked compared architecture, design, plan and decoration of each projects. The evidence was there. Because beyond the subject, the candidate offered a place near Beaubourg, near a metro, on the first floor of a massive building and still quiet. They voted unanimously for this apartment!!

One bedroom apartment, 45 square meters, first floor with a lift
- Entrance with access to the bathroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen.
- Living room including: a design sofa (without bed), a dining table with four chairs, a low table, a carpet, a design arm chair, a TVHD, a DVD, Ipod speaker, and Internet Free access, no phone.
- Kitchen fully equipped with a micro wave, a washing machine, a dish washer, two top cook, a fridge, a coffee maker, a teapot, a vacuum cleaner and all items necessary for cooking.
- Bedroom with a double bed, a large dressing, a safe and table bed.
- Bathroom modern with a shower and a sink.
