Louis the fourteen heard about him and offered him an important military position that made the Count moved to Paris, a booming capital. Secretly in love with the Countess of Sevigne he decided to build a beautiful mansion not far from her beautiful house. The Marais established one’s pedigree at the time. Several centuries later, choosing this small studio you can still feel the weight of these stories, history. Fully renovated at the third floor, you will also house your Parisian love. 18 square meters apartment, forth floor on the street, no lift, with :
- a Kitchen opens on the living room, separated from it by a counter, fully equipped with a fridge, a washing machine, a dishwasher, two cook top, coffee maker, toaster, teapot and all what you might need to cook. There is also a dressing where there is Iron and its table.
- a Living room with a pull out bed for two adults, a carpet a low table, a pouffe, a dressing, TVHD, DVD, Ipod speaker and free internet access. View on the Parisian roof.
- a Bathroom, separated from the living room by a sliding door with a shower, a bath sink, a hair dryer.
- Linen and towels are furnished.
