One bedroom renovated apartment (dec. 2008), 30 m², on the second floor without lift, on courtyard, with :

- the Kitchen modern and fully equipped with micro wave, a dish washer, a fridge, two cook top, a coffee maker, a tea pot, a toaster and all necessary for cooking.
- the living room with a sofa bed for two adults, a dining table for four. Plus TVHD, DVD, sound system and free internet access.
- The bedroom is separated by a large sliding door, a lighted chair, an office and a fire place.
