- An open and fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything necessary for cooking.
- A dining area with a large table, 6 chairs and buffet.
- A living room with a sofa bed for 1 adult, two armchairs, coffee table, HD TV with DVD player, stereo, internet access / WiFi. Cupboard
- 1st bedroom with a bed of 160 cm * 200cm and chair. Window overlooking the living room.
- 2nd bedroom with a bed of 160 cm * 200cm, armchair. Second day window overlooking a private corridor
- Corridor with a laundry with a combo washer-dryer and a large dressing.
- Shower Room: with shower, sink, hairdryer. WC.
The linen is provided. Iron and ironing board. Electric heating. Vacuum.
The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

Juillet 2017 / The apartment was great. It was in the heart of the Marais with a great deal of cafes nearby. It is a short walk to the Seine and transportation. The apartment decor was beautiful. The kitchen was small but well stocked with utensils. The two bedrooms were a bit small, but manageable. The bathroom was modern and updated. The unit had a combined washer and dryer which was hard to figure out. The unit was very secure. There were four locked doors that we needed to get through to the apartment. Even the pull out couch was comfortable. The apartment was a little warm (we were there in late July). But I really cannot say anything bad about the place.
