The young Marchioness was beautiful but orphan. Her tutor frightened her. She only found comfort from her grandmother the Viscountess of St. Martin. The generous grandmother, one day, decided to release her and took her to a historic district of Paris. She housed her in a place as noble as elegant as the Marchioness. The place offered a majestic fireplace dominated by a remarkable fresco. The apartment was comfortable and modernity did not fail. She could as she would like took a bath or a shower. Se would be happy.

Apartment description
67 square meters apartment for three people on the first floor coming with :
- A little lobby opens on the living room with an antique desk and it chair
- A large living room with a noble fireplace with an authentic fresco, a sofa with a pull out bed, a coffee table, an arm chair, a console, a TVHD, a DVD, a phone ( for incoming call only), free internet access. Windows overlooking the pavement street. - A dining area with a table and four chairs.
- A modern kitchen opens on the living room with a fridge, cook top, dish washer, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, tea pot, toaster, dishes and utensils.
- A large quiet bedroom, windows on an inside courtyard with a queen size bed, a large dressing, table beds and a dressing table. - A bathroom with a bath tub, a bath sink and a hair dryer
- A shower room with WC.
- Towels and Linen are provided.
