Children who did not like to climb trees and build a hut. Literally in this very nice 30m², whose renovation was completed recently, you may find your soul child. In addition to an elegant bedroom with its bright bathroom, you will find climbing a wooden ladder a second sleeping perched high. Fun guaranteed! The children will love. A nice kitchen, a nice living room complete nicely the whole. The apartment has a delightful ergonomics. Two majestic places surround the 18th century building where the apartment is: Place de la Bastille and Place des Vosges. One offers opera and direct access to the metro, the other fills you with its history and majesty.
The apartment will be confortable for 3 adults or for 2 adults and 2 children.

Apartment description
30 square meters apartment, second floor, on the second floor overlooking the courtyard and street:
- The kitchen open to living area is equipped with microwave, washing machine, 2 cook tops, fridge, toaster, coffeemaker, teapot, and everything necessary for cooking, vacuuming
- The living is furnished with a sofa without bedding, a dining table for 4, 4 chairs, a large dressing and an HD TV with DVD player, a stereo system IPOD speaker, with a free Internet access and a phone for incoming call only. A mezzanine overlooks the lounge and can sleep 2 children or one adult.
- The bedroom with a queen size bed, a dresser, a desk, a chair and a stool
- The bathroom: with bath and bath sink, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. * Separate WC. * Linen and towels are provided.
