- a sitting area with a sofa bed for one person, a coffee table, HDTV, DVD, Ipod speaker, an internet connection.
- a sleeping area with a bed of 160 x 200cm. Several dressings.
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, hairdryer and WC.

February 2016 / Everything about Ludovic's apartment is perfect: The overall condition, location, service etc... We really enjoyed staying over and definitely looking for coming back in the shortest time. I recommend to everyone who are looking for upgrading their comfort level when visiting Paris. Can E.

August 2015 / I stayed in apartment for three months while working in Paris it was perfectly located everything was as described, clean, well provisioned. The Communication was clear, helpful and easy. No issues
