A notre arrivée, pas de poubelle, alèse du canapé convertible sale !! Grégory a pris en charge nos remarques et a fait le nécessaire. Il serait souhaitable avant l'arrivée des clients que le nécessaire soit fait !! Remarque déjà fait pour un autre appartement (le Black Pearl) lors de notre dernier séjour. Il manque aussi sérieusement de rangement. Une étagère style Billy IKEA serait bien en remplacement de la bibliothèque dans la chambre ! L'endroit est très bruyant (café, restaurant à côté de l'immeuble).
Bref, nous ne reviendrons plus dans cet appartement. Merci d'améliorer le contrôle de la propreté avant l'arrivée des clients. Cordialement

I loved my apartment and plan to go back maybe next year. In the bedroom there was water damage on the ceiling which should be repaired to avoid mold. Also, for a week stay I had to buy paper towels and dish detergent and I think that should be supplied. I left an entire bottle of detergent and one and a half rolls of paper towel. I don't think that is fair. Also I didn't understand how to recycle trash. To end on a positive note, the owner was very, very gracious to me and the bed was crisp and comfy. I would recommend this apartment and your services.

E' la seconda volta che prenoto con Paris Autrement e il feedback è sicuramente positivo. Gli appartamenti (sebbene gli spazi sian molto ridotti, ma vale per tutta Parigi) sono confortevoli, puliti, moderni ed accessoriati. L'unico incoveniente (che ho segnalato subito) è stato il malfunzionamento del sistema di aerazione del bagno. A parte questo piccolo disagio per il resto mi ritengo pienamente soddisfatta.
Continuerò a prenotare attrraverso questo portale ogni soggiorno a Parigi.
