Online booking is not possible for apartments dedicated to long-term rentals. We invite you to contact us by email or phone to advance your reservation process via the contact form.
If the lessee is a person, we will ask you to send us a copy of your ID, a proof of address, your last 3 payslips and your last tax notice.
If the lessee is a company, we will ask you to send us the company’s KBIS, the latest tax bill, the signatory’s identification document and proof of his affiliation with the company and the occupant’s identification document.
Instant booking is available on our website. After entering your dates and the number of travelers, the site will offer you the available apartments. Select the apartment you are interested in, click on «Book» and finish your booking by paying the downpayment.
Yes. We require a deposit of 25% of the amount of nights to validate your reservation.
For short-term rentals, you can cancel free of charge, with the exception of a €40 application fee, up to 15 days before the start of the booking.
For long term rentals, your notice is one month that can be activated at any time and for no particular reason.
When booking, you can indicate the time of your arrival at the apartment. If you have not already filled this information during your booking, a person from our team will contact you one week before your arrival to organize your check in. An appointment time at the apartment will be taken with you, depending on your flight, train or car arrival information. The name and telephone number of the person who will welcome you at the apartment will be communicated to you in the days preceding your arrival. So you can be in direct contact with your reception agent.
Yes, the check out cleaning is always included in the rental. We can also organize housekeeping during your stay, at your request (for a fee, depending on the size of the apartment, it integrates the change of sheets of all beds and towels of the bathrooms).

Yes, on request, we will bring you a cot and a high chair (for a package of 40 euros).
Yes. We ask for the payment of the 1st month rent including charges, check out cleaning and agency commission, on the day of signing the furnished rental contract.
Yes. We can welcome you at the earliest at 11:30 a.m. This will allow you to pick up the keys and drop off your luggage. Please note that the apartment may not be ready depending on the departure time of the previous guest. The apartment will be ready by 2pm.
Yes. Our teams can perfectly welcome you in the evening. Note that the supplement «late arrival» of 35 € applies for a check-in between 20h and 22h. The supplement «night arrival» of 50 € applies for an arrival made between 22h and midnight.
