  • Living room: is furnished with a sofa bed, a coffee table, no armchair, a dining table for 6, 6 chairs, and has a HD TV with DVD player, to a stereo IPOD speaker system, internet access / Wifi
  • Open kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge, cooker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything necessary for cooking and eating.
  • 1 st room: includes a bed 160 cm x 200 cm, wardrobe, dresser. It is separated from the living space by Japanese panels
  • 2nd bedroom with a double bed 140cm x 200cm and storage
  • a mezzanine overlooking the living area with two single beds.
  • Bathroom: with large walk-in shower and sink, hair dryer, washing machine and toilet.

The linen is provided. Iron and ironing board. Electric heating.

April 2016 / Beautifully appointed and recently renovated apartment with loft (which our kids loved ages 12 and 9). Located in a quiet residential area of the Marais, but could still easily walk to shops, restaurants and metros. Miguel greeted us, was very friendly and answered all of our questions.

Mars 2016 / Bon accueil de Miguel. L'appartement est à peine rénové et sent bon le neuf :). Spacieux et proche de tout, c'est un endroit idéal pour découvrir le Marais et le centre ville. Très calme et pourtant tout est à portée de main, boutiques, métro, magasins de bouche tout comme de très bons restaurants.... Belle découverte, je le recommande vivement.

August 2015 / Our stay in Paris was perfect and our experience with the apartment was a large part of the reason. The location was incredible and we would gladly stay again on our next visit to Paris. We were greeted at the apartment right on time (on a Sunday) and given a brief walk through. The area was just close enough to everything we wanted to see and do. We were able to walk or catch the Metro everywhere. It was also just far away from everything that it was nice and peaceful in the evening. Our daughter (9) loved the loft as her hide-a-way from the adults.

Mai 2015 / Notre séjour a été fort agréable. Le service de "Paris Autrement" a été parfait.(pour chaque ligne ci-dessus, j'ai voulu mettre la note 5, mais cette note ne reste pas sur 4 lignes .

L'appartement Parfum d'histoire est très bien conçu, très bien placé et calme (immeuble au 3ème étage,dans une impasse).

June 2014 : Great location and price. Very close to Metro stop making it easy to get around. No air conditioning but fans worked well. We were there during a very hot time in Paris and were still comfortable.
