Mai 2015 : Although small and simple, the apartment is comfortable (& comfy bed), very clean, and all that is needed is there. We did not want a big hotel but instead to live like most Parisians in center of town and wow was it wonderful! The only worrisome item was trying to predict an accurate meeting time with the manager, difficult due to airport arrival, retrieving luggage, shuttle to the apartment, etc. Location is perfect with cafes, grocers, pharmacies, everything within 1/2 block, with Metro & monuments within 4 minutes walking. 2 grocers and a restaurant right under us on a pedestrian-only street (quieter that way) with a main boulevard within 50 feet. Very safe with two locking gates leading to stairwell. Not fancy, but an inexpensive wonderful experience. Thank you Paris Autrement.

June 2014 / Space was exactly as pictured and building was very quiet. Well equipped space including laundry and dishwasher.
Great location within walking distance to tons of shopping, restaurants and two good metros. You are also in a walking distance to many of the big tourist attractions or just a couple stops on the metro.

October 2013 / I loved this cute apartment located in the heart of the Marais. It was a convenient location and in good condition. The host was very helpful with the check-in and even helped me with my big luggage up the one flight of stairs. Just as in the photos, the flat was modern and clean. Only one comment would be the small size of the bathroom. I would definitely recommend and a special thanks to Ludovic and team for their professionalism and hospitality.

Mai 2012 / Appartement très agréable et très bien situé, à deux pas du métro. Seul bémol, la salle de bains minuscule, dommage, mais c'est la vie parisienne !
