Juillet 2016 / The apartment is very charming, sometimes pictures look much larger than the actual rooms, in this instance, the pictures did not misrepresent the size--especially the living room which is open and airy. As others stated before, the bathroom is tiny, but functional; the water-pressure is phenomenal and the hot water very plentiful. Having a deep bath tub is awesome! The kitchen is also tiny but functional--it was an adventure to cook with only two burners, but I loved the option of cooking in Paris--it would not have been such a memorable trip if I'd stayed in a hotel and missed the opportunity to shop for food everyday! FYI the internet speed is more than adequate we streamed video almost constantly while having at least two other devices online at the same time, and experienced no issues. The Gardienne was so lovely to us--we arrived early and he brought out a chair for me to sit in while we waited, and he keeps the courtyard beautifully. The Metro is incredibly close, and the street has many shops and restaurants--if you want to live like a local, this is a great apartment for you. The whole process was painless, from booking to being met by the PA representative--to our departure and the return of our deposit. We've rented apartments in London before, but this was our first time doing so in Paris--and I've heard horror stories from other people who were not as fortunate as ourselves, however we were very pleased with the level of communication from PA as well as the reliability of the service. I would definitely rent from them again!

June 2015 / This is my first time to book an apartment through this type of service. Was naturally apprehensive, specially with my wife and children with me. Safe to say that it worked out quite well. We were met right away at the entrance of the apartment building and the apartment itself was clean and in generally good working order. Ludovic and Anthony would respond quickly to any enquiries I had. Totally satisfied and would consider doing it again.

May 2015 / Great apartment in a great area, very safe and centrally located next to the Pompidou centre- Miguel, a representative greeted us and he was very friendly and helpful. The apartment looks just like the photos, spacious and clean, not really any surprises except for perhaps just how tiny the bathroom is. But it was sufficient for me and my family and we would definitely stay there again- well worth the price as you can't get this much space in a hotel room.

Décembre 2014 / Nous reviendrons vers vous pour un autre séjour parisien. Appartement bien placé.
Penser à prévoir plan de paris et quelques outils touristiques sur papier en lien avec l'office de tourisme serait une bonne idée.
Rajouter des torchons dans l'équipement de linge de maison
Des petites choses que l'on vous indique mais nous faisons passer vos contacts avec forte bienveillance en province pour des projets de séjours dans la capitale.
