24 sqm Apartment, very beautiful, very high, bathed in light in the heart of a trendy Marais. Beautiful view over the rooftops of Paris. New apartment very quiet. The apartment on the fourth floor without lift in a beautiful condo breaks down as follows:
- Modern and closed kitchen with washer-dryer, dishwasher, stove, high hood, fridge-freezer, oven-microwave, teapot, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and dishes needed. Storage and dressing.
- A dining area with a table and 2 chairs.
- A living room with a sofa, HDTV, DVD, internet and more storage. Office desk.
- A shower room with Italian shower, washbasin and hairdryer. - Wc
- Mezzanine with a bed of 140 cm * 190 cm with a dressing.
The apartment is furnished with all linens, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, electric heating.

Août 2016 / Poème est un très bel appartement parfait pour deux personnes avec son lit en hauteur comme dans une "bulle". Tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin est présent, très fonctionnel, très joli aussi au niveau de la décoration. L'endroit est très chaleureux, on aimerait y rester! De plus, le quartier est vraiment super, toujours en mouvement! Je recommande cet endroit sans réserve.

Juillet 2016 / meine Tochter und ich haben ein paar wunderschöne Tage in Paris verbracht.
Das Appartement befindet sich in einer perfekten Lage...mitten im schönsten Distrikt von Paris. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und am faszinierendsten ist die himmlische Ruhe, durch die Innenhoflage....als wäre man auf dem Land obwohl die Wohnung mitten im pulsierenden Zentrum liegt.
Sie liegt allerdings im vierten Stock ohne Aufzug und das Hochbett muss auch über eine Art Leiter erklommen werden. Deshalb ist das Appartement für betagte Personen weniger geeignet ( es gibt aber auch eine Ausziehcouch für alle Fälle) Für unseren Bedarf komnte es besser nicht sein!

Mars 2013 / L'appartement est très bien situé. Il est très bien equipé. Très calme et agréable.
Il peut faire très chaud côté espace nuit qui est en mezzanine lors de fortes chaleurs!
Mise à part cela nous avons passé un très bon et long séjour de sept semaines dans l'appartement poème!
