Nice 34 sqm  one bedroom apartment on the fifth floor with elevator, inside a courtyard. Quiet and beautiful view. It is composed of:

  • Living room: includes a dining table and four chairs, a sofa bed allowing sleeping 1 adult, a coffee table, HD TV, free WIFI / high speed internet, an audio system with ipod speaker, so that elegant decor. The living room overlooks a courtyard with two windows. 

  • Kitchen: open to the living room, is equipped with a microwave, a  3 burner stove, fridge, cooker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing-dryer machine, and all needed for cooking.

  • The room: overlooking a courtyard with a large window and is equipped with a 140 cm bed 2 places, a large wardrobe.

  • Bathroom: with shower and washbasin, hairdryer and WC.

The apartment is rented with linen (towels and sheets), vacuum and electric heating.

Situé dans une rue très vivante avec tous les commerces au pied de l'immeuble.
Un grand confort est d'être placé en plein marais tout en étant d'un calme absolu.

Not sure about the apartment being for 4 persons as there are only relaxing chairs for 3 maximum. It didn't bother us as we were only 2!

Juste un détail qui a son importance surtout pour les filles, il manque un miroir en pied ...le miroir de la salle de bain est très approximatif...merci de ce beau et confortable séjour...je reviendrai vers vous....

Appartement très bien situé, très tranquille, très sécuritaire, attention pour la douche personne de plus de 200 lb pas certain d entré dans la douche,avons tres bien dormi, propreté a la francaise et non a la québécoise,nous recommenderons cette appartement a nos amis, pour sa situation, et pour le tout,
