Bonjour. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Je voulais seulement vous signaler que le ballon d'eau chaude que vous avez remplacé lorsque nous étions dans l'appartement continue à fuir un peu lorsqu'on prend une douche. Bien cordialement. Stéphane Linguanotto.

June 2015 / What a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment was located within a walking distance to many great sites and easily accessible by metro. There is a wonderful view of the Eiffel tower from the apartment living room which was a great surprise. The scent of fresh baked bread from the corner bakery was a pleasant morning wake up call. Tres bon en Paris.

May 2015 / We had a nice stay in Paris. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and very cosy. It is also very quiet and there is a wonderful view over the rooftops of Paris, you can even see the Eiffel Tower. I would definitely book this apartment again!

June 2015 / The apartment was located very centrally in a beautiful and very happening area of Le Marais. The listing is accurate and it was very easy to communicate back and forth.

May 2015 / We had a nice stay in Paris. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped and very cosy. It is also very quiet and there is a wonderful view over the rooftops of Paris, you can even see the Eiffel Tower. I would definitely book this apartment again!

Aout 2015 : L'appartement est très bien situé. La rue était très calme, petits commerces de proximité bien pratiques. Il était conforme aux photos, propre, bien agencé, tout est bien pensé dans cet appartement et en bonus une vue sur la tour Eiffel qui a ravit nos enfants.
L'accueil de Romain était chaleureux.
Nous le recommandons.

Ma 2e réservation avec Paris Autrement, cet appartement est un véritable coup de cour. Il est étonnamment spacieux, très bien équipé, récemment rénové avec goût et il offre une vue magnifique. Évidemment, il est aussi très bien situé.

Mai 2015 : Très bel appartement, conforme aux photos, accueil très agréable de Grégory. Je recommande cet appartement. Seul point négatif pas d'ascenseur mais pour 3 jours ce n'est pas trop grave.

Mayo 2014 / Siamo stati inquesto appartamento per 3 notti. Molto confortevole per 4 persone. Lo consiglio nonostante ci siano 5 piani da fare a piedi in quanto non c'è l'ascensore. Dalle finestre del sooggiorno si può ammirare la Tour Eiffel.

March 2014 / Great appartment. We had a great stay in Ludovic´s appartment.
great location in Le Marais, near to lively Rue de Bretagne with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. 5 minutes to Metro.
Everything in the appartment was pretty new, everything was clean.
Communication was great. We arranged an earlier check in and later check out.
To sum it up: perfect appartment for us!

Mai 2014 / Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il était parfait pour nous avec un enfant. Calme, suffisamment vaste, très bien situé dans Paris, propre et bien équipé, vraiment très agréable à vivre. La communication avec notre hôte a été parfaite et l'accueil très ponctuel et professionnel. Et cerise sur le gâteau la vue sur la Tour Eiffel la nuit qui a enchanté notre petit garçon ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

October 2013 / I had an excellent stay at Everest. Ludovic was really great helping me with my last minute scheduling and requests. His representative met me right on time and helped me settle in nicely. The apartment is in a superb location, spotlessly clean and completely quiet and private. The apartment is larger than I expected and has sweet views of the rooftops and even a bit of the Eiffel Tower. Very nicely appointed in all regards. I would definitely book this again and truly appreciate the professionalism of Ludovic and his team. Bravo et Merci!
