Beautiful duplex apartment with two bedrooms on the sixth floor with elevator, quiet with a private 6 sqm terrace in the sun: The apartment consists on:
A corridor leading to the rooms on the first level :
- An independent WC with hand wash and mirror
- A first bedroom with a bed of 160 x 200cm, dressing. Windows over looking a courtyard.
- A shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin. Hair dryer. The shower room is located between the two bedrooms with access through sliding doors on both side.
- A second bedroom with a bed of 140 x 200cm, dressing. The light enters int the room by a glass wall that overlooks the living room.
- A living room with a sofa -bed 140 cm for 2 persons, TV, stereo, fireplace (not usable), fine decoration.
By inside staircase you access to :
- A fully equipped kitchen and open dining room with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils and crockery needed.
- A dining room with a dining table for 6 people, sideboard and door to the terrace.
- Pretty small private terrace with table and 4 chairs.
The linen is provided (sheets and towels). Electric heating. Iron and ironing board.

Avril 2017 / We were there to celebrate my birthday so I wanted everything to be perfect and it was. The apartment looked just like the photos, everything was just as promised . We were allowed to check in early which was a huge help. The location was the best!

Avril 2016 / Superbe appartement contemporain, lumineux, bien placé et calme et 2 vrais chambres. La cerise sur le gâteau, la terrasse sur les toits.
