June 2014 / We were a group of 10 traveling to Paris on a study trip. We rented this apartment, and one also just next door, from Ludovic. We had a fantastic stay in the center of Paris -- easy walking distance to all the main sights, and a lovely neighborhood with metro and shops/supermarkets very close. Ludovic and his staff were very helpful and responsive, and the apartments themselves are just as represented in the photos. Highly recommended.
