January 2016 / Face à L'Art is a perfect place! My family us enjoyed every moment! Location is amazing: close to markets, a lot of touristic attractions, and Rambutau Metro Station. The apartment is big, very clean and complete, as description made by Ludovic. Living room sofa becomes a nice bed for two people, so the apartment fits for 6 people easily. Definitely, I will return!

December 2015 / This place was perfect. Ludovic stayed in contact to make sure I made it to Paris OK. Gregory met me right on time and made sure I was comfortable. He spent extra time to acquaint me with the neighborhood and showed me where to buy groceries and supplies. The flat is bigger than expected, nicely appointed and very comfortable. The courtyard made it very quiet and the beds were very cozy. I had a hard time to get out of bed most days actually, so maybe too comfy! The location is fantastic, really could not be better if you want to be in the heart of Marais without the noise. I could happily live here and plan to return to this flat. I didn't watch tv, but the WiFi was good. There were plenty of towels which was nice, and the washer dryer is a huge convenience when on the road. You will need to supply your basics from soap to paper towels. There is a grocery store very close. TIP. There is a little restaurant directly across the street called Braque that is worth a visit for a special night, or every night. Wow! It was my favorite place of the week.

February 2015 / The flat was located perfectly in the centre of a lot of great brasseries and shops. there's a Monop grocery nearby as well which was very convenient. The flat had a lot of closet space and the couches were very comfortable to sleep in! They allowed us a fairly late checkout time which we were very grateful for as our flight was late at night. Thank you Miguel and Ludovic, will definitely look for your flats again!

December 2013 / My family of five had been planning this trip to Paris for Christmas for some time. We needed space so this seemed like the way to go and we were so right. We were very pleased with the apartment and location could not have been better. Will stay again in August!

We had a wonderful visit in Paris, thanks in great part to this well appointed flat. The location was perfect for us, and the building charming, the management excellent and the layout exactly what we needed.
