1956 after over 200 years of existence, Le Comptoir Des Indes is given back to his country. France leave the place. Monsieur de Daubram, a wealthy merchant returns to Paris with his family. Nostalgia with him but he remains happy. At the heart of a very historic Paris, awaits a place away from the bustle of the city, amazing, fantastic. A place where his family will find the pleasure of being around a large table like the trading posts known since childhood.

Composition

Beautiful 140 m2 apartment, on ground floor, fully renovated with three bedrooms three bathrooms, overlooking a courtyard. Exceptional place quiet and secluded 

 

The Ground Floor includes:

  • The entry, a huge living room with a large sofa and two armchairs, coffee table, a library and is equipped with a TV with DVD player, an audio system .Internet.
  • The living room includes a dining area equipped with a dining table for 8 people. Fireplace, tasteful decor, high ceilings. Large window overlooking the courtyard.
  • The kitchen: large separate room but open to the livingroom. It contains a sink, oven,  hob 4 burners, a refrigerator-freezer equipment and appliances following: dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and everything you need (cutlery, utensils) for cooking. A counter with high chairs
  • The Bedroom #1 with double bed with a connected bathroom with bathtub. dressing
  • WC on the ground floor.
  • a Laundry room with storage washing machine and dryer.

At the top level

  • The Bedroom # 2 with two single beds and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. dressing 
  • The Bedroom # 3 with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and bidet. dressing 
  • Wc 

The apartment is fully equipped and is rented with linen (sheets, towels), iron, hairdryer.

 

The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

April 2018 / Terrific well decorated apartment in a wonderful location. We had 6 people and found the place very accomodating for us. We enjoyed talking in the evenings because the atmosphere was so great. We cooked twice and the kitchen and dining setup were great. The neighborhood is full of great places to eat, drink and shop. Close to the river and many sites. Highly recommend.

December 2017 / Our family of six enjoyed a lovely vacation in Paris. The apartment was so comfortable and cozy, and we loved returning each evening after a busy day of adventures in Paris. The Marais neighborhood is upscale and full of good restaurants, bars, and shops. It is very convenient to the major tourist areas. We loved our visit!

December 2017 / This apartment is in a great location....close to shops, restaurants, metro and sights. It was clean, spacious and very quiet....plenty of room for our family of 5 for 10 days. Guillaume was a very responsive and accommodating host throughout the entire booking process which was greatly appreciated. We would stay here again.

Septembre 2016 / Beau et spacieux logement qui a bien accommodé notre groupe de 3 couples. Bien situé dans le Marais, l'appartement est accessible par une cour intérieure et procure une belle tranquillité. Les lits sont très confortables et l'appartement était très propre. À la cuisine, équipements de base et suffisants pour se préparer quelques repas à la maison.
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour de sept jours et recommandons ce logement pour des groupes de 4 à 6 personnes.

February 2014 / This apartment was so good I almost don't want to let anyone else know! the location is TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE. 20m from the pompidou. This really is the heart of the Marias. Down a charming entryway that felt like ancient times. Modern and nicely decorated inside. Good beds. Everything perfect. Host and getting keys excellent and very easy.

March 2014 / Thank you for a fabulous apartment in a fun location. The apartment was quiet, safe and close to cafes, bakeries and shopping all within a 100 metres. The apartment is modern with beautiful classical features and furniture, located within a private courtyard. We had 3 double bedrooms and each had an ensuite. The kitchen was well equipped and functional. With Metro access at the corner, exploring Paris was not a problem. Thank you Ludovic.

March 2014 / Great, convenient location with easy access to the Metro. La Table has wonderful space and a beautiful courtyard that makes you forget that you are in the heart of Paris. I recommend this location for up to 3 couples or 6 good friends - comfortably. The home is nicely appointed with a modern kitchen, basic kitchen equipment, and plenty of glassware. I would definitely come back, given the price, location, and size of this unit. Check-In was on-time and included a brief introduction of the home.

August 2013 / We stayed at La Table for a family vacation, and chose it partly because of the wonderful picture of the table on the website. We could all imagine sitting at that beautiful table having meals, and that's exactly what we did. We all loved the apartment and it's location, and the feeling of living in this wonderful neighbourhood if only for a few days. Inside the apartment, there was plenty of room for everyone, a nice kitchen and of course la table itself. The welcome, and assistance during our stay, from the team at Paris Autrement was excellent. We all want to come back soon!

April 2012 / A really lovely apartment! There are three bedrooms which is nice. It is very clean and spacious. The apartment is located in a wonderful area, steps away from Hotel de Ville and close to many beautiful areas of Paris. It is at the back of a courtyard, making it very quiet and peaceful!
