Renovated loft of 38 m2, giving entirely on a beautiful tree-lined paved, quiet courtyard. The apartment consists of one large room, including:
- A living area. Equipped with a sofa, HD TV, DVD, high speed internet, an iPod station.
- A dining area with a table and four chairs.
- A sleeping area with a bed of 140 * 200 cm for 2 persons
- Another sleeping area with a bed of 140 * 200 cm for 2 persons.
- A kitchen equipped with a microwave oven kitchen, hob, a fridge, a cooker, coffee maker, kettle, a toaster, a washing dishes and everything you need for cooking.
- Bathroom: Ensuite is large with walk-in shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
The apartment is furnished with linens. WARNING there is no washing machine in the apartment.
The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

La salle de bain à un sérieux besoin de travaux d'amélioratión. La peinture à sauté, l'odeur n'est pas bonne... C'est un vrai point faible!

La salle d ‘ eau est plutôt exiguë et surtout la description inexacte. , il était indiqué que c ‘ était une douche à l’ italienne , or ce n’est pas le cas.

February 2017 / This flat was fantastic! Spacious for 3 girls. The neighbourhood was lively and convenient, but the flat was quiet and tucked away in the middle of it all. Ludovic was flexible when our train arrived slightly late and quickly responded when our refrigerator wasn’t working. The bathroom was a little small but manageable, would certainly stay here again.

Juillet 2016 / El apartamento esta fenomenal bien equipado, y limpio, el patio de entrada encantador, la situacion inmejorable, en pleno le marais, cerca de tiendas, galerias de arte, restaurantes, muy bien comunicado por la linea 1 de metro y a 10 minutos a pie del hotel de la ville y Notredame, pasamos unos dias visitando Paris con mi marido y dos niños y a nuestra llegada nos recibió Miguel que fue muy amable y nos explicó todos los detalles.Sin duda si volviera elegiría este alojamiento.
