Lovely appointed apartment in a very good location on 3 Rambuteau. The beds both the bedroom one and the sofa bed are very comfortable and everything has been renovated in the apartment. There is also a lift. We just wished when the windows are open, it is less noisy.
We had an issue with no hot water but after 5 minutes of calling the agency, they sent someone over immediately to fix the problem. We love renting from Paris Autrement and will continue to do so.

The apartment was in a great Location, was very comfortable and very well equipped. Having a washing machine and separate clothes dryer was really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and linens good. Gregory was punctual for our arrival, friendly and promptly followed up on any issues, the main one being the shower. On arrival a maintenance person was working on the shower and this did necessitate him and another person returning another 2 times the next day before we had adequate hot water and pressure. These things happen and once resolved, the apartment was excellent. Our one annoyance is that Paris Autrement charges for a cleaning package. We are always diligent about caring for properties we rent, being owners of a rental property ourselves. However it is difficult to do so when basic cleaning products are not left. Unfortunately the vacuum cleaner hose was broken and the mop useless as well. When you are staying in a property for just a few days you do not want to have to buy cleaning products. Charging for a toiletries pack is fine because this is for personal use, but cleaning products are for the maintenance of your property and by providing them, you encourage and make it easy for clients to do so.
This is our 2nd experience with Paris Autrement and have also reserved a Bordeaux property as well. We have been very happy with the service and would recommend and use again. Thank you!

Excellent apartment, location,and wifi
Paris autrement website was not responsive and Gregory did not respond after the first day. No hot water on arrival was attended to by Gregory after several text messages at 10pm. Leaking shower continued all week.

June 2018/ Great place - modern interiors and located in a very trendy place in Marais. Communication was great from when I first booked to when I arrived at the flat. The stay was very comfortable and didn't need to reach out for much, the host was very thorough about everything when she let me in. Will most likely book again for my next trip.

June/July 2018 : Fantastic location in the Marais on a popular street. There are so many beautiful windows in this apartment (street facing), it is filled with light. The sofa bed is comfortable! The team was accommodating, though they couldn't find us a second fan for the apt which would have made a big difference on those heatwave nights for the person on the sofa bed. We had our favourite boulangerie for morning croissants and pain au chocolat, favourite patisserie and cafe all within 50 steps from the front door. Wonderful. Merci Guillaume

October 2015 / Flat exactly as listed. Lovely, everything in great shape, fabulous place to stay. Host was great - exactly on time, responded to a text within five minutes, very helpful.

Octobre 2015 : As always booking with Paris Autrement has been another pleasure. Agnes was lovely as always checking us in. The apartment Champagne was one my favorites. I am looking forward to staying at the Big Apple apartment in January.
