Exceptional 3 bedrooms apartment on two levels in a courtyard. Absolute calm. High ceilings, beautiful light with a patio. Ideal address. Refined decoration. The apartment consists of:
At the first level
- A large entrance hall with a tidy.
- A kitchen in height open on living area, equipped with a fridge, hob, oven, a dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, a toaster, dishes accordingly and kitchenware.
- A dining area with a table and 6 chairs in the living area.
- A lounge with two sofas, a coffee table, a carpet, a HD TV, DVD, Ipod speaker, an internet connection. Rear Window.
- A library area with a desk and two chairs
- A closed bedroom-living room with a sofa bed for two, a dresser, a rug and chair.
On the lower flevel:
- A bathroom with bath, wash basin, hairdryer. Separate toile
- A laundry room with washer, dryer and storage space
- A master bedroom with a bed of 160 X 200cm, bedside tables, overlooking the patio by a glass wall. A large dressing room with sofa and sink.
- A separated shower.
- One bedroom with two single beds, bedside tables. Large dressing room. Room overlooking the patio by windows.
The linen is provided. Electric heater. Iron and ironing board. No smoking.
The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

October 2017 / This apartment is amazing. Comfortably sleeps six people and the living room + kitchen is the most spacious I've ever seen in Europe! And the location... it's as central as you can get in Paris. Great, great place :) Definitely plan on staying again next time I come to Paris.

January 2017 / Ludovic’s place was exactly as described. Fully equipped, safe, and quiet. The place is huge with all you would need for an amazing trip in Paris. We were a family of 4, and had plenty of space. It is super well located in Le Marais, close to all other sightseeing sites in Paris. We highly recommend Ludovic’s flat. A big thanks.

February 2016 / Wonderful property -- probably the best that I've rented in Paris -- large for a Parisian apartment, beautifully & minimally furnished and uniquely decorated with some gorgeous paintings (I believe the apartment was once an art gallery...). The location was convenient, right in the heart of the Marais, the welcome service by Agnes was punctual and helpful. I would return and rent again.

February 2016 / What a great apartment!! The pictures don't do it justice. There were four of us and the apartment and bedrooms were enough. Miguel met us for an early check in on a Saturday.. We had a slight water heater problem and I called him that evening and he brought a maintenance man over immediately and had it fixed. We were in a great location in the Marais, near the trains, grocery store, restaurants, Notre Dame and the Pompidou. I would definitely stay here again or in any of their properties.
