Description

Spring was beautiful. Nature is obviously happy. A white and gold color covers the fields. The activity around the hives do not stop. The bees draw in the sky an orchestrated and energetic ballet. This transported nectar surely offer us a good honey.

Elegant 84 sqm apartment, honey color, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, on the  third floor, no lift, of a stately building: The apartment is as follows  

  • Large living room with one sofabed for 2 people, two armchairs, HDTV, DVD, Ipod station, a wireless internet connection. Coffee table, rug, buffet, elegant décor. Courtyard windows.
  • Large modern kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything necessary for cooking and eating. Several storage. Window on the courtyard.
  • Large dining area with a table and 8 chairs.
  • Master bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed, bedside table and large dressing. Window on the courtyard.
  • Bathroom, ensuite to master bedroom with bath, sink and hair dryer. WC.
  • Bedroom # 2 with 2 single beds, dressing. Window on street.
  • A second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
  • Bedroom # 3 with a bed of 160 x 200cm, bedside table. Window on street
  • A third bathroom connetcted to the third bedroom with walk-in shower, sink and hair dryer.
  • A laundry room with washer, dryer and storage.

The apartment is rented with linen, iron and ironing board. Electric heating.

 

The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

Quelques soucis concernant les interrupteurs, les éclairages et les prises. L'ensemble est un peu confu.
Literie très confortable.
Nous avons passés un très bon séjour.

Appartement plaisant qui répondait à nos attentes.
Calme à l’intérieur (à l’exception de la VMC de la salle de bain mitoyenne) comme à l’extérieur mais cette appréciation est changeante selon la conduite des propriétaires réguliers ou des locataires intermittents.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment was perfect and the location can not be better. I would absolutely book with Autrement again and would also consider staying in Nectar.

September 2018 / This is a great location in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to the Metro for exploring the city. In addition it is very walkable to the Seine with all conveniences close at hand. Great value for six adults. We enjoyed our stay in a great Paris location. The three bedroom apartment was well appointed to easily accommodate six adults

Apartment was very nice, really clean and well stocked w/glasses, silverware etc. It is at the top of the building so you have a few stairs to climb. The one room w/two single beds was a tight fit for 2 young 20's girls and their suitcases, but we just used the pull out for one of them. Kitchen is separate from pull out so can have an early riser and not wake them. Showers were awesome and there was even a tray of ice in the freezer! Great area to stay in. Quiet but lots of places to eat close by and a grocery not too far.

October 2018/ Ludovic's apartment is located very conveniently, and offers great access to the city. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and very welcoming for our large group. It was very comfortable, and we had a great time!

November 2017 / This apartment is very good. The neighbourhood is very quiet and it is very convenient to different convenient stores. The interior is more spacious than I expected. Overall, it was a good experience staying there.

September 2017 / This is a great apartment, in one of the best neighborhoods to stay in in Paris. Vincent was prompt and easy to work with for check in and check out, and we had no problems with the apartment during our stay. This was extremely comfortable for 6, and even worked well for 8 people. Would highly recommend any group or family to stay here.

December 2017 / We had such a great time at Nectar! The place is gorgeous and in an incredible location. Be prepared to climb the 3 flights of stairs, but it’s absolutely worth it! There’s a great kitchen and living area, and lots of bathrooms - 2 fulls and one with just a sink and shower. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone and hope to be back some day!

Décembre 2016 / The Nectar Apartment was a wonderful base for our family holiday in Paris. It was immaculate and well appointed and with three bathrooms and three bedrooms it was huge for Paris and terrific when travelling with two teenagers! Nectar was in a great neighborhood with plenty of cafe's and conveniences....highly recommend!

Juillet 2016 / Loved this apartment! Great neighborhood, close to metro, nice decor. Very good service. 3 full flights in a walk up building, but worth the climb! Newly renovated and lovely. Thanks for a great stay in Paris!

March 2016 / We loved staying in this spacious and well-appointed apartment in a wonderful part of Paris. We found it so quiet and comfortable that it felt like home almost immediately. The apartment is equipped beautifully with tasteful furniture, china, cutlery, and linens, as well as excellent appliances and cooking essentials. Wifi is easy and completely dependable. We were hugely appreciative of the fact that the place is equipped with terrific appliances--cooking top, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea pot, washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an old building. There is no lift. The living room, kitchen, and master bedroom and accompanying gorgeous bath face the inner courtyard. The other two rooms face the very quiet street (Rue Charlot) and are accessible from a hall that leads from the living room. A really nice small but full bath with shower is accessible from the living room. Another small bath without toilet is accessible from the second largest bedroom. The neighborhood is fun with cafes nearby, great shopping for food at all-purpose groceries as well as specialty cheese, pastry, vegetable, and meat shops. Terrific clothes shopping is not far away! We walked just about everywhere but visitors not so inclined may want to know that there are two metro stops within a few blocks walk and these make all of Paris accessible. We were only the second guests to stay in the apartment so we found ourselves equipping it with some of the basic paper goods, cleaning materials and soaps that one would expect in any home. Future guests may want to be aware that you might have to buy such for yourselves as these things run out. We also wished for manuals for appliances and a brief guide to the neighborhood. That said, if we were to go back to Paris, we would want to stay there and we will tell all our friends to look for it.
