Great achievement for this two bedrooms two bathrooms apartment in a nice building of the Marais on the third floor without lift. The apartment is as follows:
- Living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a HDTV, DVD, Ipod station, a wireless internet connection. Coffee table, rug, buffet, elegant décor. Window on street.
- Modern kitchen open to the living room with fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything necessary for cooking and eating. Several storage.
- Master bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed, bedside and dressing. Window on street.
- Bathroom, connected to the master bedroom with walk-in shower, sink and hair dryer. WC.
- Bedroom # 2 with a bed of 160 x 200 cm, dressing. Window on street.
- A second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
- A laundry room with washer, dryer and storage.
The apartment is rented with linen, iron and ironing board. Electric heating. Safe.
The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

Très bon séjour. L'appartement, bien que petit, est fonctionnel et charmant. Malgré une arrivée tardive, Grégory était sur place à l'heure et nous a fourni tous les renseignements nécessaires (merci). Le seul hic (mais plutôt commun à Paris) est la mauvaise insonorisation où on a l'impression que les voisins sont chez vous... Séjour à conseiller

We really enjoyed the appartment. Some hooks for jackets next to the door in the appartement would be great. The same for the appartment Couleur Saint Martin, where we have been in january.

October 2018 / I’ve stayed in the same building before and loved the amenities and location. So when we decided to come back we chose another apartment at the same address and I’m so happy we did! Sparkling clean and everything you need! This location is literally footsteps away from anything you could possibly want to eat... from traditional French bistros, boulangerie, and even vegan. I can’t recommend these units enough. Just perfect!

September 2018 / Honestly, you simply can’t beat this location - it is absolutely incredible. Apartment is so lovely, clean, and as described. No issue with noise. At night, the lighting in the apartment is pretty dim though, but that’s our only suggestion to improve. Highly highly highly recommend!!

June 2018 / Centrally located, clean, spacious for a group of 5. Be prepared to walk up a three or four flights of steps, but that's the charm of a Parisien apartment!

Avril 2018 / Nous avons passé un week-end en famille dans l’appartement de Guillaume, qui est moderne et très bien équipé. Il était également très propre. Les lits et le canapé lit sont confortables. Il y a deux salles de bain, ce qui était très pratique car nous étions 5. Nous avons eu un soucis avec un des équipements, Guillaume a été très réactif et nous en a amené un nouveau très rapidement. L’appartement est également très bien situé. Il est seulement dommage qu’il n’y ait pas les produits du quotidien à disposition (savon, éponge, etc...). Mais il y a plusieurs commerces très proches pour acheter ce qu’il faut. Merci Guillaume, nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Novemver 2017 / Amazing location in Le Marais, close to everything, very convenient. Space was a bit smaller than I anticipated, but it was perfect for 3 people. 4 people might be a tighter fit. Check-in was great, thorough and very clear. Amenities were ample (it's extra special when there's a large & clean fridge, hair dryers, and a washer). Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean and sleek.
