Romantic apartment of 36 sqm with 1 bedroom, in a theatrical spirit close to the Opera Garnier, 4 steps from the Louvre or Palais Royal. Quiet and bright. Terrace. On the 4th floor with lift up to the 2nd floor.
The apartment breaks down as :
- Living room with a sofa, an armchair, an HDTV, a DVD, an audio system, a wifi internet connection. Coffee table, carpet, and elegant decoration.
- Open kitchen with fridge, microwave, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all you need for cooking and eating.
- Dining area with a table and 4 chairs.
- Room with a bed of 180 cm * 200cm. Nightstand. Dressing. Armchair. Window overlooking a terrace.
- 1 shower room with walk-in shower, sink and hairdryer. WC.
The apartment is rented with linen, iron and ironing board. Electric heating.
The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

Nous étions à notre deuxième séjour dans le même appartement et tout comme au premier nous apprécié le confort de l’appartement et la situation dans paris de l’appartement. La chambre est incroyable on a de l’espace pour circuler et placer nos vêtements. La seule chose on n’a pas pu faire fonctionner le sèche-serviettes dans la salle de bain. La poubelle dans la salle de bain serait à changer. J’ai peut-être oublié des produits dans une enveloppe de voyage dans la salle de bain l’enveloppe aurait peut-être glissé dans l’espace au centre du tiroir à gauche. Si vous le retrouvez pouvez-vous communiquez avec moi. On va sûrement faire appel à vous pour un autre séjour mais plus long.

Au moment de notre réservation, la représentation de l'appart. n'était pas adhéquate. Nous vous avons suggéré trois suggestions lors de la remise des clés: porte de la douche peut heurter le bol de toilette. Risque pour la porte de verre. Ouvrir vers le mur, peut-être. Prévoir une marche pour accéder à la terrasse. Pour ouvrir les portes des armoires, prévoir un boutons ou collant pour éviter de tacher ou user prématurément la peinture matte. Avons apprécié notre séjour dans le secteur de l'Opéra. Merci de la qualité des vos services et apparts.

Very satisfied with our stay. Great location although a bit tricky access if having heavy luggage...Still, photos on site should be more authentic, usage of wide lenses photos is not the best way to present your apartment bigger than it really is. Still, we've enjoyed our stay.Zoran

cela fait maintenant plusieurs années que nous louons des appartements par l'intermédiaire de Paris autrement , l'accueil est parfait ,les appartements décorés avec goût , calmes bien équipés et bien situés . Bref pour nous la solution idéale pour un séjour à Paris

August 2018 / This beautiful, newly decorated and spotless apartment is in a great location close to Opera. It has all mod cons, a great shower, large bedroom with great storage and the little terrace was an added bonus. Our son slept on the sofa bed in the living area and while it is a tight space he slept well! The host was friendly with great communication. We would definitely stay here again.

October 2018 / Very nice apartment, dry large bedroom with king size bed, the living, dining, and kitchen area are small but serviceable. Loved the large shower and the dual sinks in the bathroom. It was very nice to sit out on the small balcony. Nice quiet courtyard outside of windows.

October 2018 / The place was the cutest and centrally located to lots of great dining options and places of interest. It was also equipped with necessary essentials and the communication was great The elevator in the building went out during our stay to no fault of the host so be mindful of about 4 flights of stairs when coming and going if that happens. In spite of, I would definitely stay at this apartment again.

L’appart était très bien! Pour les prochains que vous rénoverez, il serait bien de penser à une tablette dans la douche pour le savon et le shampoing!
Pour le reste, c’etait Un très bel appart!
Mais pas certain que les portes de garde-robes dans la chambre seront encore belles dans deux ans puisqu’elles sont blanches et n’ont pas de poignée! Je pense que lors de la très grosse pluie de vendredi soir dernier, de l’eau s’est infiltrée entre le plancher et la plinthe, à terre à côté de la fenêtre dans la pièce principale!
Merci et à l’an prochain si nous décidons de retourner à Paris!

September 2018/ The apartment is in a fantastic location and is as darling as it seems in the images. We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were extremely welcoming, even though we had some complications with our travel and arrival times. Definitely recommend.
