- Living room with two sofas including a sunset for two adults, armchair, coffee table, carpet, HD TV, sound system, internet connection. Window overlooking the square.

- First bedroom with a bed of 180 X 200cm, bedside tables, dressing room, armchair. Window overlooking the square.

The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

Although our stay was very enjoyable and the overall comfort of the apartment was very nice, it would have been very helpful to know in advance that the elevator was not functioning and the renovation of the building entryway was in progress. Also we typically find an informational package in apartments with instructions for the appliances. We were grateful that someone came to provide a temporary microwave oven since the microwave in the kitchen was not functioning. And that he upgraded the WiFi signal to reach the entire apartment. Perhaps these items could be pre-checked in the future. And perhaps I missed an option during reserving the apartment to provide garbage bags, soaps, cleaning supplies? I’m not sure if this is offered but I couldn’t find anything on your website.
At any rate, I will contact you in the future for another rental and know to ask more questions in advance regarding the condition of things. Thank you!!

We overall enjoyed our stay
security issues....
2nd door into the the building was broken and Gregory said he would get it fixed asap and it wasn't. Outdoor bars in the back bedroom were not secure and someone could get through and break in.
We like to cook and the kitchen is not well appointed. Need ice cube trays etc

November 2018 / This was a stunning place to stay! Loved this apartment, loved the design, the perfect balance of the colors and the finishing of the superficies, loved the fabrics, the furniture and the library spot The way Gregory meet us ay the entrance and the way he explained every step of the way that everything works from the door to the laundry machine We where a party of 6 and were completely comfortable all around, in the living room for our morning talks and at the table having breakfast And, a have to give special mention to the personnel at your agency, they where amazing! They treat us like friends and offer us to take care of our luggage all the time we needed to, call is a cab by the time we arrived to pick them up for our next trip I have not enough words to describe how well treated we felt This was my first time in Paris but not for the rest of the group, and I can asure that for my next time I surly will try to book this place again Thanks for all your welcome!!

August 2018/ On est passé une super semaine!! L’appartement est top, très beau, confortable et super bien emplace; le metro à côté, une pharmacie 24/24 aussi juste à côté, des resto, supermarchés, magasins partout..... Merci bcp à Ludovic et, aussi, merci bcp à l’agence qui nos avez reçu. À refaire!!!!

October 2018/ Wonderfully stylish apartment with generous amount of seating for our group of 7. Comfortable beds and bedding. Great natural light and Place de la Republique views from the main room. Excellent location for metro or walking plus good variety of shops and restaurants nearby.
