- Dining area with a table and 4 chairs • Bedroom: is equipped with a bed 140 x 200cm. Wardrobe.
- The bathroom: with shower and sink, hair dryer.
- Separate toilet.
The apartment is rented with linen (towels and sheets), vacuum cleaner and electric heating.

The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

Selon nous, deux points négatifs : un léger manque de lumière naturelle du fait de sa situation en RDC sur cour. L'aménagement de la partie sanitaire rend difficile l'accès à la salle de bain en pleine nuit ou au petit matin sans réveiller tout l'appartement avec la lumière .

3. Plastic shower pipe needs to be changed, it is leaking.
4. Apparently there is no bottle screw. We couldn't open wine....
