Composition

Beautiful 2 room apartment of 47sqm on the 2nd floor with lift on street and courtyard near the Picasso Museum in the heart of the historic Marais.
• Semi-open kitchen on the living space, with oven, microwave, fridge, hob, high suction, kettle, teapot, coffee maker and everything needed for cooking and eating.
• The living room: with a sofa bed offering a bed for 2 people, coffee table and carpet, HD TV with, internet access / Wifi, storage shelf. Window on street.
• Dining area with table and 4 chairs.
• The bedroom with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed, bedside table and dressing. Small office. Window on courtyard
• The bathroom with shower and sink, hair dryer.
• Laundry area with washer and storage.
• Separate WC.
The apartment is rented with linen, towels, iron and vacuum cleaner.

The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.

Really liked everything about this apartment: the location is perfect and the apartment is a good size and was very clean and well equipped. Romain who checked us in was so helpful. I have used Paris Autrement a few times and I really do think they are the best option for staying in Paris: their apartments are consistently good, clean and well located plus you get someone who actually checks you in, shows you around the apartment and is on hand if you have any problems. We will be back!

Excellent séjour à Cada Vez … appartement que nous avons l habitude de louer régulièrement lors de nos séjours à Paris
Appartement tres bien situé … très fonctionnel … très confortable …ou nous nous sentons comme «  à la maison »dans un environnement particulièrement agréable et calme près du musée Picasso
Avons hâte d y séjourner à nouveau !

Très bon accueil de Giovanna. L'appartement est grand et calme. L'appartement était propre à notre arrivée. Un petit coup de rafraichissement de la salle de bain serait nécessaire (peinture derrière la vasque). Sinon s'était parfait.

Je donne une note de 9.5/10
Il manquait un coffret de sécurité. Il y en avait un mais non fonctionnel et de pauvre qualité. Il y avait 2 items brisés:
1. Petite extension en cuir pour ouvrir la porte de la laveuse a linge
2. La poignée de la brosse pour laver la toilette.

Et prenez note de ceci pour fin d’amélioration:

Les ustensiles pour manger sont vieux et dans un état pour être changés.
De plus, le tapis chaque jour crée beaucoup de mousse au plancher. Demande un entretien chaque jour.

Merci pour tout. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison! Et nous avons agit comme si l’apart était le notre!

Merci aux propriétaires et Paris autrement. Giovanna, Désirée, le technicien qui a tenté de nous rendre fonctionnel le coffret de sécurité ainsi que la personne chargée de faire le ménage à notre départ.

Nous avons apprécié pouvoir quitter a 15h. Nous souhaitons vous revoir! Merci.

Appartement très agréable et lumineux. Tout fonctionne parfaitement et la literie est exceptionnelle, comme souvent dans les appartements proposés par ParisAutrement.
