The researchers knew that hidden behind these little Parisian streets were places that centuries of history had shaped. One morning instinct led them to the back of this stolen courtyard and discovered this comfortable and time-laden place. Beam, chimney, old stone and rustic wood were next to each other. The charm operated.

Charming and atypical ground floor backyard for this 35 m2 with one bedroom:
• Living room: a sofa bed for 1 person, a coffee table, two armchairs, an HD TV, a WIFI / broadband Internet connection, an audio system, as well as an elegant decoration. Decorative fireplace. The living room overlooks the courtyard
• Dining area with a round table and 4 chairs. Window courtyard.
• Open kitchen with microwave, hob, fridge, cooker hood, coffee maker, teapot, dishwasher, washing machine linen and everything needed for cooking and eating.
• Bedroom is equipped with a bed 140 cm 2 places, a small dressing. Window on courtyard
• Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer and WC
The linen is provided (towels and sheets). Iron and ironing board. Electric heating.
The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.
tres bon séjour et acceuil parfait comme d'habitude
l appartement est très bien situé pour faire à pied tous es monuments les pus connus (notre ame, beubourg, le louvre...)
seul bémol attention aux petites marches dans l'appartement .
autrement séjour parfait et merci à grégory qui nous a permis de rester plus tard à l'appartement vu qu'il n'était pas loué apès nous
