Jun. 2010 / WE love this place very much, the location is great.

Dear Paris Autrement, The original credit card that I used (visa) was not approved for the balance due to a fraud hold that was placed on the card. So I was able to give you another card (mastercard) that was approved and I received the payment confirmation. My husband just advised me that the fraud hold was lifted from the visa card (he is traveling in China). Over the phone they have told him that the original charge to you would be approved. I just want to make sure that we are not charged twice. It is OK to keep the mastercard approved charge in place. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you, Sue Estenson

Thank you so much for our fantastic stay with you. The flat was even better than anticipated. Ludovic was extremely helpful and courteous, and made us very welcome, and let us check out later than is usual, which made a huge difference to our last day. April 2010 / Our stay at the apartment was the highlight of our trip. We couldn't have been more pleased with the unit, or the location. After a week of touring aroung Paris, we were convinced we had completely "lucked out" with our choice of stay. Thank you so much. This is the BEST location in the Marais by far.

Jan. 2010 / We recently stayed 11 nights in Haut en Couleur apartment in Paris and loved the experience! Renting an apartment was definately the way to go and see Paris. We loved being able to pick up groceries or "take away right" near the Republique Metro stop every night and come "home" to our Paris apartment for dinner. And there are so many cafes, bistros and brassieres in the neighborhood if you didn't want to cook. The rental experience was easy and they delivered on every element as expected. When our flight was cancelled, they were easy to contact via email to change our meeting time. They met us on time at the apartment and walked us through the things we needed to know about the place and was gone. We called one time during the trip with questions and they were answered quickly. The apartment looked just like it was in the pictures, small but totally great for 2 people for the duration and a third for part of the trip. All and all it was a terrific experience and I would recommend.

Nov 2009 / Mon mari et moi-même sommes ravis de ce petit séjour Parisien dans cet appartement confortable. Il correspondait exactement aux photos vues sur le site. Très propre, bien équipé et très bien placé géographiquement (plein cœur de Paris). Les contacts que nous avons eus avec les responsables du site, au téléphone et sur place, ont été également très satisfaisants : Professionnalisme, Disponibilité, Amabilité, Ponctualité. En résumé, nous avons été totalement conquis par cette formule que nous expérimentions. Nous espérons refaire appel à vos services dès que nous en aurons l'occasion. Le prix de location était très logique et le service avant, pendant et après notre sejour était génial!!!On conseille tout le monde de louer un de vos appartements!!Merci bien pour tous !!!

Oct. 2010 / The apartment was BEAUTIFUL! Exactly as advertised. Very comfortable, GREAT location (around the block from metro) and very nice building. Even including a (very tiny) lift! Stayed with my partner and was lovely to have a split level of bedroom and living/eating space.
