July 2014 / We chose this apartment because of the location. Easy walk to Republique Metro, where you can get to almost anywhere in the city. The apartment was clean and matched the photos. Inside a quiet courtyard, so never heard any noise. Kitchen was huge. The bedrooms have a strange layout, where you have to walk from one through the other to get to the bathroom or living room. Other than that, no complaints. The host was prompt and responsive. Good value, good location.

June 2014 / I booked this apartment for my parents who were traveling in Paris for 1 week! Location was great! Mum said she felt like a Parisian waking up each morning to the street below with bakeries, butcher and coffee shops all below! It was also a safe and nice neighbourhood. The windows open out into the street and they had breakfast each morning by the window. The apartment was clean and really spacious! The bed was comfortable. Guillaume met them to show them around and he was really friendly and helpful with everything. They did have some difficulty with the wifi but it started working a few days later. Great location and great apartment! We would certainly stay again!!!

Appartamento perfetto per posizione, pulizia e confort. Molto gentili Vincent e Anthony che ci hanno istruito su tutto ciò che poteva essere necessario per il nostro soggiorno. Per quattro persone l'appartamento è un po' piccolo ma per pochi giorni va più che bene soprattuto per famiglia con bambini. Scendendo dall'appartamento ci si ritrova in un quartiere (il Marais) che è pieno di fascino, con molti negozi per fare shopping. Quasi di fronte c'è un parco giochi che è sempre comodo quando si viaggia con bambini. Grazie a PARIS AUTREMENT!!

June 2014 / I stayed with my adult son and the quality of the fold out sofa was excellent for sleeping. The location couldn't have been better. Very clean and well equiped appartment. Only problem was a wild storm on our first night and the roof leaked. Overall Guest Satisfaction : 4/5

July 2014 / Things went quite smoothly from reservation to checkout of the apartment. ParisAutrement is, no doubt, the company I would recommend friends who look for a good place to stay in Paris. July 2014 / Blason apartment was spacious and well equipped. Ludovic and Vincent were both helpful and answered all questions I asked. Having a good quality washer/dryer was great for our 1 week stay in mid Summer Paris. You can buy washing powder and basic daily products in a supermarket near by. Super fast free internet was great as well.

We loved it. It was in the perfect location. It was functional. Bathroom water shower pressure and adjustable height is wonderful. Bathroom sink needs to have the cabinets made smaller so that you can sit on toilet without bumping your leg. Otherwise perfect! Vincent, Laurent and especially the girl (can't remember her name) were very professional. Thank you.

October 2014 / Sylvain was slightly late but texted us to let us know he would be there shortly. The apartment was all that was promised on the website. Our party of seven was very comfortable with more than enough space to relax and chill. We loved the basement area and the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were great to relax at night after our busy family wedding weekend. The location is close to all amenities ie. Boulangerie, bistros, boutique shopping etc. Everything was supplied bar personal toiletries. The washer/dryer was great for refreshing our wet towels. We never quite managed to get the projector TV to work but had little time to watch a movie anyway except on our last evening. Check out was at 11am but we were able to leave our luggage at the agency office nearby until it was time to get a taxi to the airport. We would highly recommend this property!
