Mai 2014 / Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il était parfait pour nous avec un enfant. Calme, suffisamment vaste, très bien situé dans Paris, propre et bien équipé, vraiment très agréable à vivre. La communication avec notre hôte a été parfaite et l'accueil très ponctuel et professionnel. Et cerise sur le gâteau la vue sur la Tour Eiffel la nuit qui a enchanté notre petit garçon ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

CS: 2014- April: The apartment was nice and clean, bright and quite comfortable for three persons. The location was very central. Key pick up without a problem and the contact person was very friendly. He showed and explained everything.

April 2014 / We had a great stay here, the location was fantastic and everything worked fine. We would stay again. The hosts were very helpful, and suggested we left our luggage at their office on the day of our departure which was useful and made the most of our stay. There is no view from the windows which they state in the description, but as we were out a lot it was fine for us but might not suit others.. There is a supermarket directly opposite and all the produce shops are there.

May 2014 / We were very happy with our stay at Tete a Tete. Everything went smoothly. Severine was right on time to meet us and explain how everything in the apartment worked. The apartment was exactly as pictured, light and bright with a nice view of the street and tastefully furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom and shower were nice and modern and the kitchen was very well equipped which allowed us to do a lot of cooking at home. Having the dishwasher and washing machine was great. The apartment is very well located in the Marais. There are lots of shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. All in all, a lovely place to stay.

June 2014 / My family and I stayed in Ludovic's apartment in June and we have to say it's lovely. We didn't have a chance to meet the host, but Guillaume has been very helpful in picking us up to the apartment and has been patiently introducing us the city. Location of Panorama is good. Just 3 minutes walk to Temple station and 5 minutes to Republicque. One excellent remark is that a large supermarket is just located nearby. Apartment is just as shown in the picture. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are all well-functioned. The apartment is recommended, especially to families. Would definitely stay in Ludovic's apartment if I visit Paris again.

May 2014 / Our recent stay in the Marias could not have been more perfect. After searching many options we settled on this St Gervais flat which was centrally located to everything we wanted to see. We are big walkers and during our 5 nites only took the RER/Metro once - we walked everywhere else. Everywhere included Notre Dame (very near), Montmartre, The Opera District, Latin Quarter, Pere Lachaise cemetery, and Left Bank. Best of all we were surrounded by a wide variety of excellent restaurants and cafes throughout the Marais neighborhood. Plus there were plenty boutique shops to address any shopping needs. Ludovic was very responsive throughout the exchange. The flat was perfect for the two of us - well-equipped and neat and clean. Overall Guest Satisfaction: 5/5

April 2014 / What can I say about this apartment. It truly is a great place. It is spacious,clean,chic and comfortable. I have used Airbnb before with great results but Ludovic Benson has the best apartments for rent. Ludovic is extremely professional and flexible to his clients needs. I checked into the apartment by an colleague of Ludovic. His name is Sylvian and he was on time and polite. He was handsome as well. A nice way to start a perfect day in Paris. I highly recommend staying in this apartment and using any apartments listed by Ludovic. I know I will be using his listings in the future.

April 2014 / A wonderful little apartment, just perfect for a couple. Everything was pretty much as you see in the photos and the apartment is well equipped with just about everything you need. The neighbourhood was ideal for exploring the Marais and Bastille area and, truth be told, was not that long a stroll to the Seine and Notre Dame. Although my girlfriend and I were a little concerned before arriving about the potential for noise coming up from the street, this wasn't actually an issue. Communication with Ludovic and Anthony was smooth and hassle-free. All in all, it was a wonderful albeit far too short trip to Paris and I would wholeheartedly recommend staying at 1, 2, 3 Couleur.

April 2014 / Had a really great stay with my wife and two children. Location great with numerous restaurants and shops (convenience and boutique) nearby as is the metro and River Seine a 10 min walk. Whilst not the biggest flat amenities are good and in a very quiet courtyard despite it's central location close to restaurants and bars. Le Marais is a great place to stay and this is as central as you could hope for.

May 2014 / We had a lovely stay at this apartment. We found it very comfortable and quiet. A very good place to rest after a whole day walking. The Metro station is just 2 minutes walk as the supermarket and there are plenty of places to eat. Just some meters from the door there is a boulangerie where you can get fresh baguettes to start the day. We met one of Ludovic´s team who gave us the keys and explained us around.
