Mars 2014 / Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse à l'appartement Georges Terrace. La situation est bien sûr exceptionnelle, en plein centre de Paris et pourtant parfaitement au calme. L'appartement est spacieux, très bien rénové et très fonctionnel. La literie est impeccable et la chambre est silencieuse, comme tout le reste de l'appartement d'ailleurs. Nous avons même dormi avec la fenêtre ouverte sans être dérangés. Nous avons aussi loués Fenêtre sur cours et Quai des Ducs lors de nos précédents séjours. Ces deux appartements sont aussi très agréables mais le petit plus de Georges Terrace, c'est la jolie terrasse et la vue sur les toits. Nous le recommandons et nous y retournerons sans hésiter. January 2014 / What an amazing apartment in the most beautiful part of Paris! The location can't be beat - smack in the middle of everything. Absolutely stunning interior design and finishes throughout and excellent amenities (one of the only apartments in Paris I've been in that has a clothes dryer!). It's a perfect home-base for 2-4 people. I cannot wait to call Goldne Brac my home away from home on my next visit. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent! A really lovely apartment, in a great location. The island is quiet, but has lovely shops (including a boulangerie for morning croissants), and is within easy walking distance of the lively Marais. Vincent was very helpful, and flexible with checkout times. Highly recommended.

Janvier 2014 / Notre sejour au Grand Condé a ete excellent, et nous n'avons que des eloges pour l'appartement et l'organisation. Ludovic a ete tres cooperatif et amical pendant la reservation. En arrivant nous avons rencontre Marc qui a fait un grand effort pour que notre sejour soit aussi parfait que possible; il est venu a quelques reprises a l'appartement et a pris soin de nos questions et nos demandes. Le sejour a ete excellent de tous les points de vue. Meme le temps n'etait pas mal du tout...

Appartement qui correspond bien aux photos. Très lumineux, bien équipé (sauf la literie du canapé-lit un peu moyenne). Le quartier est très sympa. Ne pas rater les restaurants tout proches autour du marché des Enfants Rouges. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir

March 2014 / L'appartamento è veramente eccezionale. 3 giorni stupendi con la mia famiglia nel cuore del Marais a pochi passi da Place des Vosges, del Centre Pompidou e dell'Ile saint louis. Rue de Rosiers è piena di vita, di pasticcerie, ristorantini e negozi alla moda dove poter comprare di tutto. L'accoglienza di Severine è stata molto cordiale e professionale e anche quando abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la porta di ingresso ci ha subito inviato un collega per sistemarla. In poche parole altamente consigliata. Speriamo di ritornarci presto The Apartment is fantastic. My family and I have enjoyed 3 days in the earth of Marais. The location in great just 5 minutes walk to visit Place de Vosges, Centre Pompidou and Ile Saint Louis. The apartement is lacated in Rue de Rosiers a very kind street full of Patisserie, Brasserie and shop. Severine welcome has been friendly and professional, she explained us the hause rules and she quilcky worked out a litte problem we have with a main door. Highly recommend. Roberto

April 2014 / Fantastic apartment in the 1st arrondissement. I've been to Paris a handful of times and have stayed in different districts. This is by far the best. Steps from the metro. Around the corner is the fabulous shopping street of Faubourg St. Honore. A few blocks from delicious baguette from Gosselin. An easy walk to Jean Paul Hevin chocolates. The building is historic. The apartment is spacious for 6 people. Convenient grocery store across the street. Ludovic and Vincent were great hosts. Thank you for letting us check in earlier and also for arranging transport to CDG at 4:45 in the morning!

Décembre 2014 / Nous reviendrons vers vous pour un autre séjour parisien. Appartement bien placé. Penser à prévoir plan de paris et quelques outils touristiques sur papier en lien avec l'office de tourisme serait une bonne idée. Rajouter des torchons dans l'équipement de linge de maison Des petites choses que l'on vous indique mais nous faisons passer vos contacts avec forte bienveillance en province pour des projets de séjours dans la capitale. December 2013 / There is nothing to complain about. I had a short stay and it all went perfect. I am now staying in another of Ludovic's apartments for a longer business trip and all is going superb as well. With regards to my stay here: Communication and Flexibility on Ludovic's side and the logistics of it all was fantastic, considering I arrived on Dec 24th early morning. Good customer service. The apartment is exactly as you see it in pictures - the perfect studio and a fantastic area/neighborhood. I really can't think of any negatives to say. Everything was clean and fresh, everything worked with I had everything I needed (from plenty of towels, to kitchenware and appliances, clean linens, cable TV, good internet connection, etc etc). If you are planning on cooking often, you have all you need for basic dishes. Everything was absolutely perfect - Would definitely stay there again! For business travelers who are trying to avoid hotels on extended stays yet expecting a similar level of service and quality, I would highly recommend working with Ludovic and his team!

December 2013 / We had a fabulous atay at Rouge Baiser. Comfortable, very well appointed a real home away from home. Its location is just prefect! 5 min walk to Le Louvres, 15 min to Opera etc... Mars 2014 / L'appartement est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, et il est très soigné. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vaisselle bien assortie, le linge soigné et le lit très confortable avec un couette (très rare en France, mais beaucoup apprécié par les Allemands). Une seule chose manquait: un deuxième gobelet pour les oeuf à la coque (un détail, bien sûr). Séjour parfait! Satisfaction Générale du Voyageur: 5/5
