Qui sera l’élu ? Ils étaient tous là. Tous aussi audacieux, talentueux et originaux. Ils étaient tous prêts à défendre leur travail. Le sujet, dans un environnement gay, était simple : proposer l’appartement idéal pouvant accueillir trois personnes alliant ergonomie, originalité, confort et respect. Cuisine, chambre, salle de bains, salon, placards devaient se côtoyer avec élégance. Les grands sages réunis depuis plusieurs heures décousaient, découpaient comparaient l’architecture, le design, le plan et la décoration des projets proposés. L’évidence était là. Car allant au-delà du sujet, le candidat proposa un lieu proche de Beaubourg, au pied du métro, au premier étage d’un immeuble imposant, le tout dans un silence appréciable. Un lieu qui fit l’unanimité.
Loyer 1700 + 200€ de charges fixes. Electricité, taxe d'habitation et commissions d'agence en sus.

Appartement de 2 pièces, 45 m², au premier étage sur rue, sans ascenseur. Il se compose de :
- L'entrée qui distribue la salle de bains, le salon, la cuisine et la chambre,
- le salon qui comprend le sofa design (sans lit), une table de repas et 4 chaises, une table basse, une TV HD, internet,
- La cuisine entièrement équipée, avec four micro-onde, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, frigo, plaques de cuisson, bouilloire, cafetière, theière, et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.
- la chambre à coucher, avec un lit double 160 cm de large x 200cm, des chevets et un large dressing.
- une salle d'eau moderne avec douche et lavabo.
Le linge de maison est fourni. Il n'y a pas le téléphone.

Avril 2017 / The apartment was just as pictured. We really enjoyed this apartment and it is in a great area. There is a great restaurant literally down stairs, it was a shame we didn't try until our last night but their food and drinks were great!

Avril 2016 / The apartment was exactly as advertised and we were very pleased. Spacious accommodations only one easy flight up from the street. The windows opened up onto the very busy Rue Beaubourg which we appreciated. Though it could be noisy, when the windows were closed it was quiet. We especially appreciate the spacious living room and dining room areas with very comfortable seating. The bedroom, though on the smaller side, had a very comfortable bed with plenty of linens, pillows & closet space. Good size bathroom with step in shower was a plus. The kitchen was small but included a clothes washer & dishwasher along with sufficient pots, pans, dishes, flatware & glasses and a good size refrigerator & freezer.
Beau de Beaubourg was a delightful haven in a bustling neighborhood. Right outside the door are bistros, cafes, convenience stores, boulangeries, charcuteries and everything that Paris has to offer. The apartment is an easy walk to the heart of the Marais, Notre Dame, & the Louvre. If we returned to Paris, we would return to this apartment.
Beau de Beaubourg was a delightful haven in a bustling neighborhood. Right outside the door are bistros, cafes, convenience stores, boulangeries, charcuteries and everything that Paris has to offer. The apartment is an easy walk to the heart of the Marais, Notre Dame, & the Louvre. If we returned to Paris, we would return to this apartment.

Janvier 2016 / J'ai passé un très agréable séjour dans ce beau appartement, très bien situé, vraiment pratique et bien équipé, comme montré dans les photos. Propre. Quartier sympa. A recommander.

January 2016 / We were allowed to enter at 10 am which is early. The apartment was exactly as described. It is VERY centrally located to everything in Paris. Either hop an Uber or take the nearby Batboat. We felt right at home.

November 2015 / The apartment was just as pictured in the photos. It is a beautiful place - convenient to so much of Paris. Ludovic and his team was a pleasure to work with, quick and responsive to any questions we had. I can not recommend this place enough. We had a wonderful experience in Paris and in large part, it was due to our happy home for a week.

September 2015 / My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and we loved it. So much charm from the moment you enter the building. The apartment was clean, spacious and bright and was exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was lovely with a metro right across the street and another station a few blocks over so getting around the city was more than easy. We felt at home in this space and wouldn't hesitate to stay again on a future visit to Paris.

August 2015 / I stayed in this apartment for a month whist working in Paris and absolutely loved it. It is exactly as in the pictures, great area and had everything I needed for my stay. Ludovic was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Septembre 2015 : We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beau de Beaubourg. A charming place, so close to everything, including shopping, restaurants, metro and even Left Bank access. Comfortable flat. Would stay at same place again!

Mai 2015 : What a treat to stay in such a beautiful Parisian apartment with its original wood flooring and gorgeous fireplaces, mirrors and crown molding, and French doors. The bedding is very comfortable and clean. Excellent central location on the border of the Marais. Spacious and lovely. We only had a small issue with the fire alarm which would go off after we showered. Would stay here again. Thank you!

September 2014 / Ludovic was so helpful before we arrived and his associate, Vincent, was there to meet us on time and was thorough in explaining the entry process and details of the apartment. The location was perfect for exploring Paris. The apartment was even better than it looked in pictures and we felt very at home there. A perfect place to spend our 15th anniversary!

November 2013 / Thanks so much for a beautiful stay in the Beaubourg apartment. Check in was super easy, everything was spotless and the location was superb! April 2014 / It's a very nice apartment with enough space and a good bed. The location is also very nice, near to the Hotel de Ville and the Notre Dame. Good restaurants nearby. You can park next to the apartment but you can also park at Ave. Gambetta and take the metro (line 11), saves a lot of money when staying several days.

JAN 2011 / Appartement vraiment bien localisé à 5 minutes de marche de l'hotel de ville sur les rives de la Seine. Tout était comme annoncé et nous avons eu un temps superbe à Paris...
Beautiful apartment, very central and close to everything. All was as advertised and we had a great time during our week in Paris.
