A l’angle de centres d’intérêts appartement de 47 m2 au premier étage sur rue avec une chambre pour 5 personnes :
- Petite Entrée : avec l’unique dressing et donnant sur l’espace de vie Petite buanderie avec lave-linge, sèche linge et rangements.
- Salon avec une TVHD, un DVD, un canapé lit pour deux personnes, un fauteuil, un tapis et une table basse. Fenêtres donnant sur la rue.
- Chambre avec un lit de 160 cm * 200cm, tables de chevet. Fenêtre sur rue.
- Cuisine fermée équipée d’un lave-vaisselle, d’un micro onde, d’un four, d’un grille-pain, d’une bouilloire, d’une cafetière, d’un frigidaire, de plaques de cuisson et tout le nécessaire permettant de cuisiner et manger.
- Salle à manger avec une table et 4 chaises, un buffet, un canapé avec couchage.
- La salle de douche : avec vasque, douche à l’italienne, sèche-cheveux et WC.
Le linge de maison est fourni. Table et fer à repasser. Aspirateur. Chauffage électrique.
A noter:
- les accueils sont effectués sans surcout du lundi au samedi entre 14h et 20h. Entre 20h et 22h, il y a un supplément de 35€. Entre 22h et minuit, il y a un supplément de 50€.
- pour une arrivée un dimanche ou un jour férié, il y a un supplément de 35€.

Un excellent appartement. La seules choses qui manquaient:

Appartement très très bien équipé ...linge de maison...vaisselle ...electro ménager...mobilier ....qui mériterait cependant de davantage de rangements pour le rendre parfait

July 2018/ An amazing/stylish, extremely well equipped apartment in the heart of the Marais district. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the home furnishings are stylish and comfortable. The space has been maximized in this one bedroom apartment. Our family of 5 was very comfortable as there are two pull out couches. We highly recommend this apartment. An added bonus is that it has air conditioning! Although with all the beautiful big windows the apartment cooled down nicely on its own. The hosts are extremely polite and are very quick to respond to your questions.

September 2018/ Perfect flat for our family of 4. There was plenty of space for sleeping, the kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was modern. Linens and towels were clean and plentiful. Combo washer/dryer was brilliant. Additionally, it was SPOTLESS! Our host, Gregory, was extremely responsive and met us on time to check us in. The location was safe and oh so central. I would book this place again without question.

August 2019 / We just completed a two week stay in the “Cactus Apartment” in the Le Marais and simply could not be more pleased. We are experienced travelers, but have always stayed in hotels, so this was our first experience with Airbnb. The location is charming, very quiet, and easy walking distance to cafes, bars, coffee shops, groceries, pharmacies, metro stations and attractions such as the Picasso Museum, the Centre Georges Pompidou, Hotel de Ville, Notre Dame and more. The apartment is air conditioned (a life saver in the midst of our first week when it was high 90’s every day) but also has plenty of excellent high-quality windows for ventilation when it’s cooler outside. The large brown leather sofa converts to a pull-out bed and has a very comfortable mattress---it is actually indistinguishable from a conventional bed. The bathroom and shower is quite small by American standards, but efficient and certainly acceptable. The kitchen has every modern appliance and is well equipped. Importantly, Guillaume and his staff were excellent, professional, helpful, friendly and warm, and always responsive and timely in communications. We forgot to take our apartment keys and were locked out on Sunday afternoon. The staff was most gracious, interrupted their Sunday activities and met us at the apartment so we could retrieve the keys. We felt like Parisians and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wishes to experience the magic of Le Marais.
