Très bel appartement de 66m2, au premier étage avec ascenseur donnant sur rue et cour dans le Marais, il se compose :
- Entrée avec placards de rangement.
- Cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, avec four micro-onde, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, frigo, plaques de cuisson, bouilloire, cafetière, théière, et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.
- Grand salon avec deux sofas dont un couchant pour deux adultes. une table basse, une TV HD, internet et meuble de rangement.
- Espace dinatoire avec une grande table pour 6 personnes et 6 chaises
- Première chambre, avec un lit de 160* 200 cm et dressing. Fenêtre sur cour.
- Deuxième chambre avec un lit de 160 * 200cm, dressing et petit bureau. Lumière venant de deux petites verrières donnant sur le salon.
- 1ère salle de douche avec douche à l’italienne, lavabo. Sèche-cheveux.
- 2ème salle de douche avec douche à l’italienne, lavabo. Sèche-cheveux.
- WC séparé avec lave-main.
Le linge de maison est fourni (draps et serviettes). Fer et table à repasser. Chauffage électrique.
A noter:
- les accueils sont effectués sans surcout du lundi au samedi entre 14h et 20h. Entre 20h et 22h, il y a un supplément de 35€. Entre 22h et minuit, il y a un supplément de 50€.
- pour une arrivée un dimanche ou un jour férié, il y a un supplément de 35€.

Les fenêtres de l’appartement étaient condamnés pour cause de ravalement de façade donc pas de vue sur l’extérieur.
Très embêtant quand on reste 6 jours avec des jeunes enfants.
Il aurait fallu le spécifier à la réservation.
Sinon, l’appartement est très bien rénové, deco impeccable, literie impeccable et très bonne accueil.

Un appartement tout juste rénové dans un immeuble en rénovation avec l'impossibilité d'ouvrier les fenêtres quelles qu'elles soient outre le bruit des travaux...! L'an dernier, nous avions eu un problème similaire avec l'Eléphant blanc, mais moins important. Il conviendrait, à l'avenir que de tels logements ne soient pas offerts à la location. La remise de 20 % que vous avez offerte est bien venue, mais je préfèrerais, à l'avenir, être certain de louer un appartement sans aucune de ces nuisances.

Great location!!!! Very nice apartment. Don’t let the somewhat shabby entrance to the building deceive you, it’s lovely in the apartment. It can be a little noisy in the evenings. The bedrooms are quiet but the living room gets noise from the street.

It would be great if the apartment came with basic things such as: hand soap for the bathrooms, dish soap for the kitchen, and dishwasher soap even if limited based on length of stay. Overall, loved the apartment, It's my second time renting from your agency and will recommend to my friends!

We really loved staying in this area of Paris. Metro was close and we we're able to walk to The Pompidou, Notre Dame, the Louvre and many other attractions. The grocery store across the street had everything we needed to cook a home-cooked meal. Our favorite restaurant was Pain Vin Fromage, a fondue place 5 minutes form the apartment.

Thank goodness we had cell phone service. Miguel was able to redirect us to the right address less than half a mile away. He showed us around the apartment and made sure the TV and Wifi worked. The apartment was in a great location to get to everything by foot or subway. The apartment was recently renovated and it is decorated very tastefully.

July 2018/ The apartment was very modern and clean with comfortable beds. Although there was no air conditioning, there were fans which kept the apartment cool and comfortable. Amenity packages (for the kitchen and bathroom) are available for purchase or you need to bring these things yourself (bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, washing liquid, garbage bags, laundry soap, etc).

August 2018/ We loved our stay here! The apartment is beautiful and very clean. We had 5 adult women and had plenty of water and space to get everyone ready in the morning. The apartment is very centrally located in the Marais and it was easy to walk to great restaurants. There is a small grocery store directly across the street, making it incredibly convenient to grab more toilet paper, soap, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

October 2018/ We loved our stay at Ludovic's place. The flat is beautiful and matches the photos accurately. My bedroom was very quiet and the mattresses were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and I loved the rain shower. The location is great, in the heart of the Marais. The wifi at times was spotty, but worked for the most part. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a group of 2-4 people.
