- Grande cuisine semi-ouverte sur l’espace de vie, équipée d’un frigidaire, d’un congélateur, de plaque de cuisson, d’un four micro-onde, d’un lave-vaisselle, d’un lave-linge-séchant, d’une cafetière, d’une bouilloire, d’un grille-pain, de la vaisselle en conséquence et des ustensiles de cuisine.
- Espace dinatoire avec une table et 10 chaises donnant sur la cuisine et le salon.
- Salon avec deux canapés dont un couchant pour deux adultes, fauteuil, une table basse, un tapis, une TV HD, un système son, une connexion internet wifi. Fenêtre donnant sur la place.
- WC séparé.
- 1ère salle de bains avec douche à l’italienne, lavabo, sèche-cheveux.WC
- Première chambre à coucher avec un lit de 180 X 200cm, tables de chevet, dressing, fauteuil. Fenêtre donnant sur la place.
- Attenante à la première chambre, salle de douche avec douche à l’italienne, lavabo, sèche-cheveux.
- Deuxième chambre avec un lit de 160 x 200 cm et dressing. Fenêtre donnant sur cour.
- Attenante à la deuxième chambre salle de douche avec douche à l’italienne, lavabo, sèche-cheveux
- Troisième petite chambre avec deux lits simples et dressing. Fenêtre sur cour.

A noter:
- les accueils sont effectués sans surcout du lundi au samedi entre 14h et 20h. Entre 20h et 22h, il y a un supplément de 35€. Entre 22h et minuit, il y a un supplément de 50€.
- pour une arrivée un dimanche ou un jour férié, il y a un supplément de 35€.

Although our stay was very enjoyable and the overall comfort of the apartment was very nice, it would have been very helpful to know in advance that the elevator was not functioning and the renovation of the building entryway was in progress. Also we typically find an informational package in apartments with instructions for the appliances. We were grateful that someone came to provide a temporary microwave oven since the microwave in the kitchen was not functioning. And that he upgraded the WiFi signal to reach the entire apartment. Perhaps these items could be pre-checked in the future. And perhaps I missed an option during reserving the apartment to provide garbage bags, soaps, cleaning supplies? I’m not sure if this is offered but I couldn’t find anything on your website.
At any rate, I will contact you in the future for another rental and know to ask more questions in advance regarding the condition of things. Thank you!!

We overall enjoyed our stay
security issues....
2nd door into the the building was broken and Gregory said he would get it fixed asap and it wasn't. Outdoor bars in the back bedroom were not secure and someone could get through and break in.
We like to cook and the kitchen is not well appointed. Need ice cube trays etc

November 2018 / This was a stunning place to stay! Loved this apartment, loved the design, the perfect balance of the colors and the finishing of the superficies, loved the fabrics, the furniture and the library spot The way Gregory meet us ay the entrance and the way he explained every step of the way that everything works from the door to the laundry machine We where a party of 6 and were completely comfortable all around, in the living room for our morning talks and at the table having breakfast And, a have to give special mention to the personnel at your agency, they where amazing! They treat us like friends and offer us to take care of our luggage all the time we needed to, call is a cab by the time we arrived to pick them up for our next trip I have not enough words to describe how well treated we felt This was my first time in Paris but not for the rest of the group, and I can asure that for my next time I surly will try to book this place again Thanks for all your welcome!!
