Décembre 2016 / We were extremely pleased with the flat and the service. We will certainly visit this flat again. I would highly recommend Miguel and his team as they were extremely accommodating, flexible with our initial meeting time, extremely informative and courteous of our desires for the stay. Thank you for everything.

I'm sorry to say that unlike the other reviews I cannot be less than impressed! Its all about the little things with this apartment, First the wall socket for the towel rail in the upper bathroom was not secured and had exposed wiring... this was NOT safe for child or adults alike. The bath draining mechanisum was also broken, so we had to finger the plug out of the bath, not easy with water pressing bearing down on the plug. In the kitchen we found the lid to the kettle fully detached from the flip mechanism again unsafe. The sinks were not as usable as they could have been and could not be filled due to not having plugs. So the option was the dishwasher which kept stopping due to the door latch being loose. The TV in the main lounge did not work and the other in the alternate lounge was all in french with no alternate channels as was mentioned. I was unsure if i could use the TV services as we were never informed, my worry was that extra cost may have been involved if used. In this same room the curtain rings were not fully fitted so drawing the curtains at night was difficult with some worry that the whole thing would fall down if pulled too hard. A pane of glass was cracked by the down stairs toilet. The idea of shabby chic may have been the theme here, but the crack bowls and glasses, with cutlery that had seen better days was very disappointing. Overall having stayed in many apartments throughout europe that cost way less than this £1800 charge, with a £1694 breakage deposit, I have sadly got to say I'm very disappointed. There is no need to have the poor standard of apartment at these rates and feel that £1500 would have still been expensive..Trip Advisor here I come!

+ Bon emplacement, appartement en dernier étage avec ascenceur sur cour, donc calme. 2 chambres séparées. Agence sérieuse, prix compétitif. - Etat général de l'appartement qui mériterait un raffraichissement -- Salle de bain qui a du subir un dégât des eaux : carrelage au sol qui se décolle (absence de joint) et surtout une odeur très forte de moisissure qui est assez insupportable ...

Avril 2017 / I would highly recommend staying at the Puttini apartment as the location is amazing. It is a two minute walk to the Seine River and an eight minute walk to Notre Dame. A Metro Station is very close too. There are cafes, restaurants and patisseries all around where the apartment is which is so convenient. You really feel immersed in the Parisian life. The apartment itself is light and airy and there is a small elevator thank goodness as it is on the fifth floor. There was only one negative for us. We were a family of 4 adults and one child and the apartment was a bit too small for that many people. But the wonderful location made up for that. I would definitely stay in the Puttini apartment again.

Mai 2017 / Super bel appart!!!

Un appartement petit mais extrêmement agréable et très bien agencé. La personne m'ayant accueilli était qui plus est extrêmement sympathique. Un petit conseil néanmoins, un rideau dans la salle de bain serait le bienvenu.

Janvier 2017 / Chavire, c'est le lieu idéal pour passer une semaine à Paris. Décoration de bon gout, chaque espace est optimisé et on ne manque de rien.Pas un bruit, les fenêtres donnant sur une ruelle sans circulation.Des restaurants agréables et des supermarchés à deux pas et nous sommes au cœur de Paris et au nœud du réseau de bus.

January 2017 / The apartment was beautifully set up a combination of old and new. The furniture was elegant. We had a very nice visit.

Mars 2017 / The apartment layout and furnishings were perfect. The location was even better, we were able to immerse ourselves right into the neighborhood. The 1 flight of stairs was no problem and the extra "security" with the front street door was great. We will definitely be back to this apartment!

Mai 2017 / Our experience with Paris Autrement was excellent throughout, from the Booking process, contact before arrival, meeting with Agnes upon arrival, solving a couple of minor problems, and our interaction with Laurent, Ludovic and Vincent, the team in the office. Bois Masse is a lovely, two-story apartment on the top floor (with an elevator large enough for luggage) of a well located and well kept building. Both the building and the neighborhood were very safe. It is spacious on both floors.It has 2 bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom and a 1/2 bath on the main floor. The beds were very comfortable. It has large windows and lots of light. The furnishings are both comfortable and attractive. It overlooks a schoolyard, but is not overlooked by any other apartments. The school is quite busy during the week days, but silent on the weekends. We enjoyed watching the children at recess time. The information about the apartment and the photographs on the web site are accurate. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen with the exception of an oven. There was a microwave and a Nespresso coffeemaker (which takes the small size coffee "cups"). There was a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. There is a large flat screen TV, and Wifi. We had a wonderful time in Paris and were very pleased with the customer service of Paris Autrement and the attractiveness and comfort of Bois Masse. We would love to return and stay there again.
