This is my second stay with Paris Autrement I loved my stay here, by warned there are 102 steps to reach this apartment but it is worth every step. It has tons of light and has three very small balconies that have views of the roof tops but not really room for more than one. Lots of space, a well equipped kitchen, but don't expect to find any staples.....as I stayed for a longer period I went and bought what I needed. The pluses strong wifi signal, Tv, iPad docking station, a washer and a dryer, sheeetstowels, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. This is on my list of places to come back to.... the agency is extremely helpful and I highly recommend them for stays in the Marais area.

Très déçu par cette location. Montée d escalier des parties communes vétuste,appartement à rafraîchir,canapé lit en piteuse état. Coin cuisine avec évier peu pratique et le plan de travail à rafraîchir également. En conclusion je suis très déçu par cette location.

Pour ce qui est de la caution, mes collègues avec qui je vais partager l'appartement, Ginette Martel et Stéphane Ruel, du Ministère de la Santé du Québec, arriveront les premiers, le 17 septembre. Octobre 2016 / We LOVED our accommodations. The apartment was fresh, clean, attractive, in addition to being in a perfect location for us. We needed a bit less rushed orientation to how to work all of the components; people over 50 not as quickly adaptable to new systems- especially the operation of the television. Your support and responsiveness to every request and concern was deeply appreciated by us. We hope to return to Paris, within the next 8 to 12 months and definitely would LOVE to stay in the same apartment. Thank you for going out of your way to make our stay feel as if we have a "home" in Paris. Merci Beaucoup.

Septembre 2016 / We had a wonderful time staying in Paris at the Puttini apartment. The location is great! The metro is right around the corner. The patisserie next door divine. The staff from Paris Autrement helpful and kind. I would definitely use them again.

Novembre 2016 / An amazing apartment. Very quiet and private. Loved that it was set away from the street with the lovely courtyard. Perfect for two. We were seniors traveling on our own for three weeks and was the perfect home base to travel around France. Clean, updated, convenient and well appointed. Wish we'd had longer. Arrangements were easy and Paris Autrement staff was so helpful and responsive. This was the second time members of our family stayed in apartments through the company and both have been excellent. Thank you.

Août 2016 / Great apartment... Very spacious, clean and with everything you need for a perfect stay. The only bad thing is the fact there isn't elevator.

Janvier 2016 / Un appartement idéalement situé, suffisamment spacieux pour quatre, la vue est très agréable sur le jardin d'Anne Franck, malgré les quatre étages à gravir, notre séjour dans Il Giardino s'est particulièrement bien passé. Merci à Miguel pour son accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Nous reviendrons avec certitude. Et bien sûr un grand merci à Parisautrement.com.

Octobre 2016 / WOODY est un bel appartement, clair et élégant, qui apparaît plus comme prêté par des propriétaires dont la présence reste sensible (meubles, objets...) que loué, un séjour, par conséquent encore très réussi. Avec ce plaisir de retrouver une équipe au top. Un "ola" especial à Miguel Angel. Hasta luego...

Août 2016 / Devo dire che l'appartamento pur essendo molto piccolo gode di un ottima posizione, sono soddisfatta di averlo scelto e lo consiglio a chiunque ha voglia di trascorrere qualche giorno a Parigi e vivere da parigino anche solo per un po'!!

Octobre 2016 / I feel in love with Cocotte as soon as I walked in the door. It is in a perfect location, central part of Paris and easy walk to most sights. The best part was that Rue Montorgueil is right around the corner with a huge selection of boulangeries, fromageries, boucheries, flower markets, patisseries, pharmacies and cafes. I would definitely stay here again, it was a great apartment and felt like home in Paris.
