We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The listing states we were given 2 keys although we were only given one. However, this was not a problem at all because my husband and I were always together. Duy met us at the apartment the morning we arrived and was very helpful with all the information he gave us regarding the apartment. The apartment was clean, neat, heated (which was incredibly helpful with the weather!), and no shortage of hot water! There were plenty of hangers, a hairdryer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Everything anyone could need during a stay. The neighborhood was perfect. Quiet, but just a short walk away from the metro stations and a very lively area! It was great! The service before we even arrived was incredible! So happy to have stayed here and look forward to staying again!

Excellent location - safe, within walking distance of most of the major tourist sites and located within one of the best areas for restaurants, cafes and bars. Well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean throughout. Very secure. The only downside is the lock on the door to the apartment. It's very difficult to open the apartment door from the outside. It does need looking at otherwise people will panic and call the rental agency to help open it.

The apartment was very well located near the Opera Garnier, in the center of Paris. It was lovely decorated, super spacious for 5 or 6 persons. Excellently clean, with all the necessary equipment to cook. New towels in all the bathrooms. Also the all of the team was always available for our questions and last minute changes, helping us in every step of the way. RECOMMENDING IT TO EVERY ONE WHO TRAVELS TO PARIS. 100!

l'appartement est très agréable mais nous avons été déçus que l'une des douches soit inutilisable et non réparée malgré notre demande.

Joli appartement confortable et pratique néanmoins quelques défauts serait faciles a corriger, une partie des meubles est inutilisable (commode chambre du fond) et dangereux (chauffeuses dans le salon) la vaisselle en partie dépareillée (pas terrible pour le standing) une note positive, 6 vrais verres a vin. il manquait aussi des housses de couette pour les lits d'appoint (ou elles étaient bien cachées). Nous reviendrons malgré cela chez "paris autrement" Je pense que la maintenance des appartement est importante, et dans le cas présent elle fait défaut.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at our Paris apartment. The staff especially Marie and Sylvain were wonderful and very patient with our requests. The apartment was spotless and the location was incredible. It felt like a home away from home and we were very sad to leave. Hopefully we will be able to return someday. Nancy Keating
