Juillet 2016 / El apartamento esta fenomenal bien equipado, y limpio, el patio de entrada encantador, la situacion inmejorable, en pleno le marais, cerca de tiendas, galerias de arte, restaurantes, muy bien comunicado por la linea 1 de metro y a 10 minutos a pie del hotel de la ville y Notredame, pasamos unos dias visitando Paris con mi marido y dos niños y a nuestra llegada nos recibió Miguel que fue muy amable y nos explicó todos los detalles.Sin duda si volviera elegiría este alojamiento.

Mars 2016 / I stayed in this newly and beautifully renovated apartment over Easter with my wife and teenage daughters. This is a very comfortable apartment with lots of room. The owner has done a fantastic effort to make this a very tastefully fitted out apartment. The service from the owner/manager also was excellent, they met us on time at the apartment and went to a lot of trouble to show us features of the apartment and some advice on the local area. When we accidentally locked the keys inside in the middle of Easter holiday they came out very quickly to let us back in with great humour. The apartment is in a quieter side street but only a few steps from shops, patisseries, restaurants and bars. I highly recommend it to anyone. I have used the managing company Paris Autrement 3 times now for apartments in Le Merais and it has always been a good and professional exerience.

Juillet 2016 / The apartment is very charming, sometimes pictures look much larger than the actual rooms, in this instance, the pictures did not misrepresent the size--especially the living room which is open and airy. As others stated before, the bathroom is tiny, but functional; the water-pressure is phenomenal and the hot water very plentiful. Having a deep bath tub is awesome! The kitchen is also tiny but functional--it was an adventure to cook with only two burners, but I loved the option of cooking in Paris--it would not have been such a memorable trip if I'd stayed in a hotel and missed the opportunity to shop for food everyday! FYI the internet speed is more than adequate we streamed video almost constantly while having at least two other devices online at the same time, and experienced no issues. The Gardienne was so lovely to us--we arrived early and he brought out a chair for me to sit in while we waited, and he keeps the courtyard beautifully. The Metro is incredibly close, and the street has many shops and restaurants--if you want to live like a local, this is a great apartment for you. The whole process was painless, from booking to being met by the PA representative--to our departure and the return of our deposit. We've rented apartments in London before, but this was our first time doing so in Paris--and I've heard horror stories from other people who were not as fortunate as ourselves, however we were very pleased with the level of communication from PA as well as the reliability of the service. I would definitely rent from them again!

Février 2016 / Très bonne expérience. La réservation s'est faite de façon simple, rapide et efficace. Accueil chaleureux et ponctuel. L'appartement était tel que sur les photos: de grandes pièces spacieuses et de beaux volumes. La situation est optimale: à quelques pas du centre Pompidou, à côté d'une sortie de métro. Malgré sa situation centrale, l'appartement est incroyablement calme. On oublie même que l'on est en plein coeur de Paris. Nous étions une famille de 4 personnes: deux adultes et deux ados. L'appartement et la situation étaient idéals. Nous reviendrons volontiers dans un des appartement de Ludovic.

Avril 2016 / The apartment was exactly as advertised and we were very pleased. Spacious accommodations only one easy flight up from the street. The windows opened up onto the very busy Rue Beaubourg which we appreciated. Though it could be noisy, when the windows were closed it was quiet. We especially appreciate the spacious living room and dining room areas with very comfortable seating. The bedroom, though on the smaller side, had a very comfortable bed with plenty of linens, pillows & closet space. Good size bathroom with step in shower was a plus. The kitchen was small but included a clothes washer & dishwasher along with sufficient pots, pans, dishes, flatware & glasses and a good size refrigerator & freezer. Beau de Beaubourg was a delightful haven in a bustling neighborhood. Right outside the door are bistros, cafes, convenience stores, boulangeries, charcuteries and everything that Paris has to offer. The apartment is an easy walk to the heart of the Marais, Notre Dame, & the Louvre. If we returned to Paris, we would return to this apartment.

Emplacement parfait, l’état de l’appartement est très correct mais aucune insonorisation vis à vis des appartements voisins, qu’il s'agisse de ceux situés à côté ou au-dessus. Le voisin pianiste vous fait profiter de son instrument longuement et c'est pénible.

March 2016 / The apartment was perfect. We were super happy with everything upon our arrival. It was even better than the photos. The location was super close to le marais and Republique. Many cute restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. We will definitely stay here again!!

February 2016 / What a great apartment!! The pictures don't do it justice. There were four of us and the apartment and bedrooms were enough. Miguel met us for an early check in on a Saturday.. We had a slight water heater problem and I called him that evening and he brought a maintenance man over immediately and had it fixed. We were in a great location in the Marais, near the trains, grocery store, restaurants, Notre Dame and the Pompidou. I would definitely stay here again or in any of their properties.

March 2016 / We loved staying in this spacious and well-appointed apartment in a wonderful part of Paris. We found it so quiet and comfortable that it felt like home almost immediately. The apartment is equipped beautifully with tasteful furniture, china, cutlery, and linens, as well as excellent appliances and cooking essentials. Wifi is easy and completely dependable. We were hugely appreciative of the fact that the place is equipped with terrific appliances--cooking top, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea pot, washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an old building. There is no lift. The living room, kitchen, and master bedroom and accompanying gorgeous bath face the inner courtyard. The other two rooms face the very quiet street (Rue Charlot) and are accessible from a hall that leads from the living room. A really nice small but full bath with shower is accessible from the living room. Another small bath without toilet is accessible from the second largest bedroom. The neighborhood is fun with cafes nearby, great shopping for food at all-purpose groceries as well as specialty cheese, pastry, vegetable, and meat shops. Terrific clothes shopping is not far away! We walked just about everywhere but visitors not so inclined may want to know that there are two metro stops within a few blocks walk and these make all of Paris accessible. We were only the second guests to stay in the apartment so we found ourselves equipping it with some of the basic paper goods, cleaning materials and soaps that one would expect in any home. Future guests may want to be aware that you might have to buy such for yourselves as these things run out. We also wished for manuals for appliances and a brief guide to the neighborhood. That said, if we were to go back to Paris, we would want to stay there and we will tell all our friends to look for it.

February 2016 / L'appartement de Vincent est magnifique, tout à fait fidèle aux photos sur le site : beaux volumes, deco moderne et épurée, salles de bains spacieuses. Un endroit extrêmement agréable, confortable et très calme idéal pour quelques jours en famille ou entre amis. De plus, nous avons été très gentiment accueillis. Tout simplement parfait!
