January 2016 / The location is amazing as it's only 5 minutes away from Le Marais. Besides, the room is simple but really comfortable with clean and tidy space. It's quite rare to find the prompt and thoughtful customer service like this place in paris. It is so great and everything is perfect. I would love to stay this place again.

February 2016 / We were a group on seven visiting Paris for a birthday (three couples + 1 single). The house was perfect for us, the three couples were on the first floor, and the single on the bottom floor (which has two twin beds). I can't remember if it's listed, but the bottom floor bathroom has a tub/shower and sinks, but no toilet--it's wasn't a problem, I just used the bathroom on the first floor. It was nice to have a bit of privacy at the bottom floor--it's very quiet. The living area is very large, there are actually two living areas, but even our group could fit in one by pulling over a chair or two. The kitchen is small, but well equipped. It has everything you need, and was even enough for a private chef to come in and cook us a meal! Check-in/out was seamless. We arrived a bit earlier than expected so I set a message and Miguel was there to meet us, and walk through the details of the house. Because the house wasn't booked for the day of check-out, they were flexible on my check-out time. The location is superb--it's in the heart of the Marais, and very close to shops, restaurants, bars, parks and public transportation. If I have the occasion to have another large group in Paris, I would definitely stay here again.

December 2015 / A beautiful studio, very well located in the middle of Marais, easy access and lots of restaurants and shops close by. The studio is modern and clean, exactly what you see in the photos. The sofa bed is reasonably comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking/breakfast etc. The hosting team will make sure you have access as agreed. Overall a great experience!!

December 2015 / Really great Apartment. The location was fantastic. Everything was within walking distance. Our host Gregory was very helpful and even let us stay on an extra few hours. I will definitely stay here again!

appartement un peu décevant pour cette fois ci, on voit en photo 4 chaises, il y en avait que 2 nous avons du prendre le fauteuil pour la troisième assise il faisait froid dans l'appartement à notre arrivée nous avons eu un problème de lumière dans la salle de bain, pas de lumière, on nous avait promis la visite d'un électricien dès le lendemain, et personne !! on a du se laver avec une lampe de chevet branchée à une prise et proche du lavabo, ce n'était pas très sécurisé; la hotte n'était pas branchée des ampoules étaient grillées et pas changées pas possible de prendre un bain on ne pouvait pas boucher la baignoire la résidence n'est pas très calme mise à part la proximité du métro et le quartier cet appartement selon moi était au dessous de ce que nous avions loué l'année dernière à critère égal;

January 2016 / The apartment was absolutely lovely. It was warm and bright and felt more spacious than the photos suggest. The neighbourhood was great - very cool and with lots of great small restaurants and lovely food shops nearby. And although it is in a very central location the apartment is very peaceful. The host was very attentive and sorted a problem with the heating literally within minutes of a call.

Diciembre 2015 / Ludovic tiene toda mi confianza. Es un excelente profesional y muy amable. Ya alquilé varios pisos con él y todos estaban en perfectas condiciones y muy bien ubicados. I strongly recommend Ludovic.

Janvier 2016 : lindo y limpio departamento en la mejor zona del marais. El metro esta a solo 2 cuadras. Son 4 pisos por escalera, no hay ascensor.

Juillet 2016 / L'appartement était superbe. Miguel était très gentil. Et merci, qu'on pouvait rester jusqu'a l'après-midi dans l'appartement.

Novembre : È la seconda volta che veniamo a Parigi e che ci rivolgiamo a Paris Autrement per l'alloggio. Siamo estremamente soddisfatti: appartamenti molto belli, puliti e situati in zone magnifiche della città. Ci siamo sentiti "a casa". Un sincero ringraziamento anche al personale per la disponibilità e la gentilezza. A presto!

Mai 2016 / I would recommend Paris Autrement and when i go back to Paris i will rent a apartment from them again.
