September 2015 / After a whirlwind 2 weeks in Europe I have to say that Ludovic's "Ania" was one of the most comfortable places we stayed. Everything was as pictured and described: neat, clean, well-furnished and equipped; a quiet apartment while we were there, with windows facing an inner-courtyard, and very comfortable beds. The immediate surroundings tend toward small, high-end clothing stores, but there are wonderful cafes and restaurants starting just a block to either side, and the location places you just a short stroll from the heart of the Marais, Bastille, Rue de Lappe, Place des Vosges, or on your way to Notre Dame etc. Ludovic was very accommodating with our scheduled early arrival, and even when our plane was late, communication was easy, and things were rearranged smoothly. Would definitely stay again.

Mai 2016/ Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in 3 famiglie e 7 persone, siamo rimasti contentissimi. L' appartamento oltre ad essere in ottima posizione, è veramente grande e bellissimo.

September 2015 / The apartment was so fantastic, a perfect location in le marais which was walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, shops, metro etc. Very quiet location despite it being so central, and a really good space for a small family. Exactly as described. Ludovic was a perfect host- he was always contactable, replied quickly, and his rep was there on arrival to show us round the place and explain how things worked. We couldn't have asked for more, I'll definitely stay here again.

August 2015 / Great Experience. The host was waiting for us at the location and showed us around the apartment. Apartment was fully renovated. could not ask for anything better.

August 2015 / I stayed in this apartment for a month whist working in Paris and absolutely loved it. It is exactly as in the pictures, great area and had everything I needed for my stay. Ludovic was easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Bonjour Anthony Nous avons un petit problème avec la télé:elle indique hdm3 mais nous ne pouvons avoir accès à aucun poste. Quelle est la démarche à suivre pour régler le problème? Doit-on payer la caution de 30€ puisque notre retard est relié au vol d'avion qui a été retardé de 1 heure et que nous vous avons écrit dès que l'annonce fut faite? Nous attendons de tes nouvelles. October 2015 / Great experience! The location is very convenient, with lots of restaurants and shops nearby and of course the Pompidou Centre at the end of the street. The host was excellent and gave us some good advice on places to visit and the apartment was as per the pictures with great daylight coming through the main windows.

Aout 2015: I enjoyed the location, the security and the feel of the apartment. It was quiet and very convenient to everything we wanted to do in Paris. Two ladies staying there was enough space with the two separate sleeping areas and a very comfortable lounge. Would stay here again as it was perfect in every way. Thank you for renting this amazing apartment to us.

September 2015 / The flat is light, airy and well appointed, and the five flights of stairs are worth climbing as you have views and are away from street noise. We were punctually and nicely greeted and given good advice about the neighborhood. Many thanks for a lovely stay!

December 2015 / Fabulous. Apartment was exactly as described but even better in the flesh. Perfect location on a quiet street but moments to great shops esp amazing food store and wine ship. Great coffee shop directly across the road and gorgeous bakery 5 mins away. Absolutely perfect.

October 2015 / We loved our stay in Ludovic's apartment. All the communication with him was friendly, efficient and helpful. His associate, Gregory was very helpful at check in. He gave great local tips fr restaurants! The place looks true to the photos. And we were quite surprised how quiet it is despite being in a busy, trend, bustling area. We'd love to come back!

September 2015 / Ludovic was extremely responsive to all questions and even allowed an early checkin - which was extremely helpful. Miguel was great with the checkin as well. The apartment was perfect and you cannot get a better location. It was all wonderful. I highly recommend.
