Octobre 2015 : I rented this apartment for two weeks,traveled to Venice for one week,and then returned for three days before my trip back to San Francisco.Since the apartment is on the top floor of a 17th century building, it is completely quiet and relaxing. Special thanks to Vincent and Miguel of ParisAutrement for their friendly assistance and professionalism.

August 2015 / Neighborhood was in a very lively, trendy area. We loved it! Plenty of restaurants snd cafes to choose from. The gelato place next door was a favorite. The host was friendly and informative. The apartment was perfect.

Octobre 2015 : I stayed in this apartment for two weeks. The Location was excellent. The staff at Paris Autrement was wonderful and very professional.The website was easy to navigate, I was met promptly upon my arrival at the apartment and given all necessary information about the apartment.If you are considering renting an apartment in Paris, this is a great alternative since they only charge a 25 % downpayment, a nice help financially. Highest recommendation for this company and their staff!

April 2015 - Three blocks walk to Musée Picasso, Musée Carnavalet, and Place des Vosges, this quiet 3rd floor nicely designed apartment in the Marais is perfect for everything. Take a right turn when you leave in the morning, down a half block to Rue de Turenne, turn left and walk a few blocks to Rue St. Antoine/Rivoli and the St. Paul Metro, Line 1. You can now go to virtually all of the greatest history, art, romance of Paris – with a multi-day pass from any M Station service window. Why this great apartment was available on a couple days notice in the middle of April (the most beautiful time of year) is amazing – but if it happens next year, my wife and I will do it all over again. P.S., All of Parisautrement's apartments, locations, and web site communications are the best I've ever seen over many years of using VRBO. Thanks for everything. Kay and John, Boston

Avril 2015 / Excellente réception. Site de réservation et facilité de paiement. L'appartement est très bien. Il aura par contre besoin de quelques réparations. Exemple: mur de salle de bain qui écaille. Mais dans l'ensemble excellent appartement que je relouerais sans faute lors de mon prochain séjour. C'est la troisième fois que je réserve avec Paris Autrement et c'est une agence sérieuse. Satisfaction Globale du Séjour 5/5

Septembre 2015 : My family and I were very pleased with the Zen apartment in the Marais. The young man that checked us in was very good at explaining the apartment and patient because we were 1 1/2 hours late in checking in. The apartment is in an excellent location and is surrounded with all of the necessary business one would need in a one or two block walk. The apartment has four bedrooms and four bathrooms but only three toilets but that was not a major problem for our family of 9. It is very French in that you enter into a private courtyard thru large wooden doors and then to the apartment. It is very well equipped. I would recommend staying there to anyone.

September 2015 / We highly recommend this apartment. Ludovic was very attentive throughout the booking process and throughout our stay. We were met upon arrival by the lovely Agnes who was helpful and welcoming. The apartment was very clean, with crisp commercial sheets, and is as you see it in the photos. It is in a gorgeous Parisian building with lots of charm but be prepared for some thigh-burning exercise as it's on the 5th floor, so there are a lot of stairs to climb. It's worth it though, for the view out the window

April 2015 / Ludovic meet us outside his apartment, in a nice street with no cars and good Bisteros and cafes, close to Pompido Center. The flat was as shown in pictures and description, and clean and nice. The sheets was nice and clean. We had a very nice stay, and specially because of the location I could higly recomand this flat.

July 2015 / Blablabla was perfect for our stay. The check in host made sure everything was in order and helped us find a perfect restaurant (a little Italian place around the corner) and called to make our reservation. Our family of 5 (with 3 teenagers) had enough space to relax after long days of sightseeing. Plenty of towels, two hairdryers, and fans added to our comfort. The apartment was close to the metro, restaurants, coffee shops, and convience stores for groceries. The five flights of stairs to get to the apartment were daunting, but we didnt mind the added exercise!

Mai 2015 : Location of the apartment was great. Communication when service was needed was on a timely matter. Would stay again!

September 2015 / It was great time! This apartment is located very convenient - 1, 8 line metro stations and le marais are located nearby. Next time, when I come back to Paris, absolutely stay here again.

Mayo 2015 / El departamento estuvo perfecto! Contaba cos todas las comodidades para tener en estadía placentera. La persona que nos los entregó (Miguel) fue muy amable y nos explicó todo el el funcionamiento de los equipos, así como donde estaban cada una de las cosas. Sábanas y toallas muy bien y el Internet muy bueno. El barrio muy lindo y seguro, rodeado de restaurantes y tiendas muy lindas. La ubicación excelente a solo 1 1/2 cuadra del metro de St. Paul que nos conectaba por todo Paris. El único tema que se debe tener en cuenta es que el departamento queda en un piso 3 y no tiene ascensor (para que lo tomen en cuenta si llevan equipaje muy pesado). Felicitaciones a Ludovic y gracias por todo!

Ottima soluzione per famiglie ; posizione central, comoda per metropolitan, supermarket e attrazioni. Appartamento silenzioso, pulito, ben arredato. Quartiere piacevole e tranquillo.Assolutamente consigliato anche per l'ottimo rapport qualità prezzo.
