We had a wonderful stay at Modern Art. The location is great. It is easy to walk to many sights and the metro, Rambuteau is just around the corner. There are cafes, grocery stores and patisseries in close proximity. The view from the loungeroom across the Centre Pompidou is spectacular! The apartment itself is well furnished, modern, clean and very comfortable. Our representative, Miguel, was very helpful, friendly and welcoming on our arrival. We look forward to future stays with Paris Autrement.

Mars 2015 : Appartement très confortable, spacieux et lumineux dans ce quartier très animé. Donnant sur une cour intérieure, le calme est assuré. Pas de bruit intérieur de la part des autres locataires. Accès sécurisé et propreté des lieux communs. Literie confortable,canapé-lit de qualité (Roche Bobois), belle salle de bains et cuisine bien équipée. Metro et supermarchés à deux minutes. J'y retournerai certainement et je recommande l'agence pour la qualité de ses appartements, le suivi de la réservation et l'accueil professionnel. Merci pour un merveilleux séjour.

L'appartement est comme sur les photos. il est super, le lit est très confortable. Appartement très clair. Point très important: l'équipe de Paris autrement est chaleureuse, serviable et très accueillante.

Mars 2015 : Tout était parfait. L'appartement est très calme et très bien situé. Nous avions les commerces, les bars et restos au bout de la rue et avons profité d'une vraie vie de quartier ... Expérience à renouveler !

Février 2015 : La réservation en ligne est très simple, le service client est réactif, je recommande "Paris Autrement". Le séjour à l'appartement Belle Âme a été très agréable : - la personne qui nous a accueillie était ponctuelle et affable - le logement donne sur une cour intérieure donc il est très calme et son accès est sécurisé - bien situé (métro, des commerces, bars, restaurants) Pour info, il y a une boulangerie juste en face.

July 2015 / The arrangements to meet at the apartment where very smooth and the man who met us was very welcoming. The apartment is located right in the centre of Paris near major metro stations and railway lines. The apartment is newly renovated and lookes exactly like it does in the photos. It is surrounded by all the amenities - cafes, bakeries, coffee shop and grocery store. Which was very convenient. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean. We had all the necessities that made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Ludovic was quick to reply and met our needs whenever I contacted him. I highly recommend this apartment and Ludovic for your stay in Paris.

June 2015 / The apartment was lovely, and the location was perfect! Right in the middle of the fantastic Marais and a very short walk to the Metro. The people we dealt with were great, too. At one point during our stay, our daughter accidentally locked us out of the apartment, and we called to ask for help getting back in. They had someone out there within the hour ? on a Sunday evening! ? to let us back in! I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone considering a holiday in Paris. Avril 2015 / Bonjour à toute l'équipe, Comme d'habitude, c'est un sans faute.L'appartement appartient peut-être encore aux galeristes M. & Mme Nahon, les "vestiges" mobiliers et culturels (bibliothèque) étaient succulents!Seul, petit inconvénient, la luminosité mais c'est un détail dont on s'accommode. Désormais, nous serons "parisiens" plus souvent d'autant plus qu'un heureux événement nous y attend en octobre. Nous aurons encore, par conséquent, l'occasion de solliciter vos services. DO NOT STAY - we stayed at Belle en Ville right in the heart of Hotel De Ville. Apartment as described EXCEPT front door didn't lock allowing anyone Ito the apartment building. Almost every night fighting in halls from drunks and every morning we had to climb over homeless people sleeping in the stairwells. Contacted management who took ZERO RESPONSIBILITY care or concern and hid behind their terms and conditions. May 2015 / This apartment worked perfectly for us - worked great for when I was there on my own for a day, when two friends were visiting from London, and when they left and it was just my husband and myself. Super clean and all furniture, beds, and the kitchen are excellent condition. We loved being in the heart of the Marais, so close to the Place des Vosges, the Picasso museum and all the shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was tucked in from the street in a quiet building with friendly neighbors. And the Paris Autrement agency were super helpful. I would stay here again.

Avril 2015 :Great apartment and wonderful location

We had a nice time at the apartment. It fit our needs for our stay in Paris. The one issue we had is that it can be a bit noisy in the courtyard if the windows are left opened. Other than that, the apartment is perfect for 4 people.

Septembre 2015 : Large apartment with all necessary facilities. Guillaume was extremely helpful on arrival. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nouveau séjour dans un appartement « Paris autrement » qui certes n’avait pas le même agrément que le précédent mais fut agréable pour un séjour en famille seulement. Ce qui nous a plu : excellent accueil de Miguel/calme intérieur et extérieur (à l’exception du restaurant de la rue qui pourrait éviter de jeter avec force les bouteilles vides dans la poubelle idoine de la cour à sa tardive fermeture)/linge de toilette en quantité/excellente situation dans le quartier. Ce qui nous a moins plu : WC très exigu/salle de bain (douche) sous dimensionné pour 6 occupants/l’appartement a besoin d’être rafraichi (peinture, mobilier vieillot, cuisine ancienne)/ une redistribution des volumes, entre le salon de peu d’utilité, la 2e chambre en mezzanine mal conçu et une refonte complète des commodités toilette et WC devrait rendre du lustre à cet appartement et serait d’un meilleur rapport pour le propriétaire.
